Price was higher than I wish it was because of the calibration they need to do for ADAS (though they offered to skip it if money was tight and return if needed). However, price was much better than the folks my insurance recommended and I did pay myself since my deductible was $1000. I dealt mostly with Jesse and he was clear, honest, friendly and patient with my questions. The repair was quick and seems very well done. Small upsell with a ceramic tint offer but politely given and I may consider for another vehicle with no tint. I would definitely use them again. Driver's side Window Regulator broke, causing my window to be stuck open. Windshield was already cracked. Contacted many vendors to quote. Jesse and Pablo responded very quickly with good pricing and advice if I decided to go with someone else. While there, I decided to get ceramic tint added as well. All-in-all, I had the regulator replaced, the windshield replaced, ceramic tint added, and they replaced all (3) wipers for free, and in under 2 hours. A+ service. I needed to get my back window repaired last minute and was looking for a place because I was afraid to drive my car home. I didn't want to take my chances driving on the freeway 25 miles away from my residence. Anyways, I found Broadway Auto Glass through Yelp and was looking at their reviews. I decided to call this place and spoke with Jesse. He was really professional and assured me that I can drive my car on city streets because I was thinking of getting it towed which would've taken awhile. With my luck, I wasn't that far away from his shop so I was able to get there before closing and left my car there to get my back window repaired. The price was reasonable and I was able to get my window tinted as well. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go here if you need to get your car serviced just because of their customer service. It has been a couple of months since we had this experience with "THE BEST AUTO GLASS COMPANY" but I am dedicated to doing this write up because they were so awesome. My daughter had a cracked windshield up at school up in Irvine so I set up an appt with Safelite when. she got there they pulled off the trim and said that their policy is that if they see any rust they won't work on it. It is a 2015 Subaru Impreza purchased from a previous owner. They had no recommendations on what to do or who to take it to, I called body shops and they were quoting $1,000 min without even seeing the car. How bad could it be for a 7 year old car? I was referred from one auto glass company that supposedly did auto glass and body work. They didn't even take a look at it even 24hours after so I went and picked it back up. I then started calling around again and remembered BROADWAY AUTO GLASS that used to be nearby. I gave them a call and they agreed to take a look at it and also thought that the rust shouldn't be too bad. They said they were 99.9% sure they could handle it. So we took the car into their new shop which they had moved 20 miles away in the Midway Area(Well worth it!). They were very polite, helpful, and so willing to help us out. The shop was immaculate also which kinda gives you the feeling that they are gonna do a great job. Well they did!!! They said there was a little rust which they removed and primed and painted over to prevent future rust and replaced the windshield for a great price too. If you want ever need a Auto glass repair go see them. You don't have to go to the company that has the fancy commercials. Go to the BEST one you can find locally BROADWAY AUTOGLASS!!! read more

I had a driver side power window in a 2005 Honda Element quit working. I was going to schedule the repair but they told me they could do the diagnostic while I waited. Only took about 20 minutes and they found that I needed a part. Actually gave me a ride home which was only about 4 MI. Fix the window after picking up the needed part, installed and called me. Total turnaround 4 hours!. Probably don't expect this type of turnaround always but I got lucky! Will repeat with needed Volkswagen convertible top repair. read more

I came here upon recommendation of Mitch and so glad I did. They had the best quote but were honest and let me know they had to check it out first. So I left work early one day and brought good ole Chela to get checked out. It turned out to be the window motor :-/ they didn't have it on hand but ordered it and it was there before the week was over. I of course wasn't. I could have gone on a Saturday but I had to go riding instead. Luckily a few weeks later they still had my part and were super quick on putting it in. I was there early Saturday morning, 9am early for me to have pants on if I'm not riding. They had me back out by 9:45 rolling my window up and down like a crazy :-). When I went the next day to drop my car off every single employee I talked to was super genuine and nice. They asked if I lived close and they offered me a ride back to my house which I really appreciated since it was raining. 10/10 recommend. I got my 2012 mitsubishi lancer right passenger window broken into. I was so devastated and in a state of panic because not a lot of auto glass places have my car part in stock or are open on sundays. Dropped by this hidden place, surrounded by other junkyards, it's kind of hard to spot but was easy to park into.
