Came in the other day on my lunch break. There were 2 nail techs in the salon with one patron. Both techs were masked. The salon was clean and had enough chairs and tables for at least 20 clients. I told them I was on a time crunch and they helped me immediately. I didn't get the gentleman's name but for some reason I think it's Tony.. he was very nice, very gentle, and very thorough. I told him my concerns with sns "dip" powder and how it lifts at the base of my nail after 2 weeks and he worked very diligently to buff and shape my nail bed. I didn't get a full manicure with a hand massage but the whole service took 1 hour. The cost was $45. Without tip, so if you're tipping, it's gonna cost more. I did not see them using any sterilized equipment but everything looked clean and free or skin from past services. I Would definitely come back. read more

Awful experience. I came here to get my acrylics removed. It took an hour and a half and my nails are paper thin now, even see through. She cut them down into a square shape without asking me and kept on buzzing them down again and again and again, even on places I knew there was no acrylic left. She didn't pop off the acrylics, just kept on filing down with the machine. I have brown streaks on my nails and they're tender. On other places there's acrylic left on, so some places are see through and others have acrylic left. I cried a lot after the experience. I know that my nails wouldn't be super healthy after taking off acrylics, but all of them are literally bending and so thin and I think that they could've been taken off so much better somewhere else. read more

I was a walk-in for gel mani & special pedi. Great customer service, everyone was very sweet and accommodating. However -- the quality of the polish was just A-OK. The gel polish has lasted all of 72 hours before peeling off (gels should last upwards of 2 weeks)! Also, and my fault for not requesting a fan, but because my pedi was air dried it took over 4 hours to dry. Just not worth $80. read more

Do not go here. The first time was great. Second, my fingers and toes were bleeding. I figured, maybe it was a fluke and went a third. Bad, bad, bad mistake. Same thing. I should of got up and walked out but didn't. Fast forward about 9 months and I can't make it to my regular place and I cross my fingers and hope I can get out without any bloodshed. A 45 minute pedi took 25. She went so fast it was not relaxing at all. Then she painted one toe, got up, picked out a new different color polish and started painting. I was just so shocked I didn't know what to say. I let her finish, decided I should tip her something. On a $40 pedi, I gave only $3 tip. They charged the $3 to an $8!!!! I went back to complaiand get my money and you could clearly see they made my 3 and 8! Never going back no matter how much my feet look like crap. read more

I was happy with pedicure here. Ok with nails, till 3 days later. I did an sns manicure on a Friday and had to go back on Monday. Nails were chipped and top coat was cracked and peeling off. Not good. Wait time on both days was terrible. They only have 1 person to do nails and 2 for feet. For Sns nails, they don't do the dip coat here. I'm guessing you have to ask, but when I did ask- I got some story. Basically she was rushing through the manicure part since it was just her. Never going back! Pricing was higher as well. Acted like you were getting some deal. read more

They may be under new ownership but it is the same old place. The salon is messy and unkept. Their were only 2 technicians with only one being able to do fills. The tech doing my fill was nice but seemed distracted and kept answering her personal cell phone. My fill took over an hour and half. read more

My dad and I came in for a mani and pedicure. The lady "Tina" doing my dad stopped after his pedi and told him the lady doing mine would finish him so she could go to someone else. Our visit took twice as long because they were understaffed. I do not recommend this place due to poor customer service and rude manicurist. Just had the worst pedi in a long time. My daughter had an equally bad gel mani. The man that gave my daughter her mani didn't even file her nails, they are rough and are snagging on her shirt. The lady that did my pedi cut my nail down the side of my toe and I immediately asked her to stop. She tried to do it again on the other foot and I had to tell her to stop. Also she was very rough and drew blood twice. At the end, as she was trying to slide my flip-flop on, she drug my nail along my shoe and got angry with me. Not worth paying for, in my opinion . I came on a weekday morning. No one else was there except one person who came in about 15 min after me, so it was not busy at all. I asked for the regular pedicure and manicure and she ended up using more for the pedi and didn't tell me until I checked out. Not cool. Didn't use any toe dividers while painting the toes and when I got up to walk to the table for a manicure, i had go squish between the chairs and my right toes got smeared. Didn't fix it. And now there's nail polish on my sandals. Again, not cool. I had to ask the guy to file the nails (for the manicure) evenly and he kept insisting they already were even. They definitely were not. I left with ragged nails. I literally got in the car and filed them myself. After the first Polish fiasco, i chose not to have a Polish on my finger nails, so I can't comment on that. Overall, this was not relaxing. I'm not happy with either toes or fingernails and definitely won't be coming back. I paid because they did provide the services, but not with high quality. read more

I went in for a fill and a polish change on my toes. The polish change was fine. But the woman who filled my nails filed the acrylic down to my nail and then argued with me when I asked her to make them thicker in the places where it was so thin. It was $15 more than what I have paid at other salons. Now I have part of the acrylic completely chipped off from my thumb nail. The work was not worth the price. read more
