Sheriiiiiii!!!! OMG!!!! I've done a complete 180 after our acupuncture appointment! Yesterday was so rough after my appointment with the achy pains and throbbing. Took some ibuprofen. Did a really good massage with my massage gun. Used some lavender, chamomile, and nettle leaf salve that i made to rub on my shoulder and neck. I SLEPT THROUGH THE ENTIRE NIGHT WITH NO PAIN. I CAN BREATHE IN DEEP!! MY TRAP MUSCLE HAS 90% STOP SPASMING! You are a life saver. You were my last hope and you did it!!! Thank you so much for listening and facilitating this healing journey! I called in to order a Chai, and the lady said that since I didn't have an account, that I needed to come in and order which was completely understood. I walked in and Nina was at the front and I said "okay I think I talked to you on the phone." And she dismissed me, and I asked if I could order the chai, and she was very cold and short with me, and when she brand the chai out it was all watered down, with no milk and hardly tasted like chai at all. This was very personal for Nina to treat us this way because she wasn't happy that I requested a to go order and it was obvious by the way she acted towards me. I even asked how they made the chai, because I was a little skeptical of how watered down it was and how there was no milk. I got a short "oh it's just the same process as always." And then I asked "okay so where do you get the chai from?" And she said "it's just a tea ." Sarcastically. I was so looking forward to purchasing the chai from here this morning and Nina ruined that. I am never coming back and don't recommend anyone coming here if they care about quality or customer service or chai. Update : I asked to at-least be refunded the $13 I spent on the chai and Nina said "I'm going to put you on hold for a minute" and then 10 minutes later still nothing, the call dropped. I am so shocked that this establishment has let this happen to me. read more

Jessica masterfully massaged muscles causing recent acute pain. And Sheri administered my first acupuncture session with professionalism and levity. Olivia is a dream!! She has the strongest hands I've ever had in a massage. She's friendly, communicative, and overall just really good at her job. She could tell by the areas she worked just what kind of workouts I'd been doing and gave me some tips for relaxing the muscles more so they wouldn't get so tight. She did a wonder on my neck which is always tight from computer work and stress. I had a Groupon that included CBD oil, which she used on my back. I found it kind of tingly and relaxing. My massage also came with some tea. I chose the iced Hibiscus and it was wonderful. The room was low light, chill, comfortable and extremely clean. The girl at the front desk was a sweetheart. Checking in was very easy. You can call from your car and they'll let you know when they're ready for you. You fill out a form to indicate the drink you want and it's ready for you when you're leaving. An excellent experience start to finish. read more

Very nice facilities in a fairly new retail area. Inside looks brand new, smells great and is a good place to have a relaxing massage. They offer a variety of different styles among them sports massage, cupping, hot stone that can help you with loosening up. For me I prefer slightly more pressure and need to better communicate that to maximize the experience. read more

Unclear how they've been open for 3 years and have only 17 reviews. Somehow I missed this place thinking while driving by it was a salon. After seeing just about every review mentioning the same 2 girls, I decided to try someone else. And that massage guru was....Katrina! I've had Swedish massages, sports massages, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, checking just about most of the boxes of massage varieties. And I've been to probably over 20 different people. Katrina gave one of the best massages I have ever gotten. Why? She wasn't just effective but transitioned to different parts of the massage seamlessly and somehow made it a spiritual/surreal experience (adjectives I never use). Her pace was perfect and she was really great about progressing into tighter spots. I will be back for sure. read more

I love this place! I've had the pleasure of working with Jasmine and Olivia as my massage therapist. Jasmine uses cupping hot stones and has a therapeutic touch and Olivia is a great for deep tissue. The place is very well run (shout out to Heather and Olivia for being amazing front desk staff). I got a membership and it is beyond worth it. Also the complimentary tea is such a treat!!! read more

Serasana Dripping Springs is wonderful! Any service or event I've been to has been great. Brenda is a fantastic massage therapist and reiki practitioner. Jasmine and Marie are also wonderful. This studio is a welcome addition to our Dripping Springs area. Friendly welcoming staff, terrific yoga instructors, great schedule with a nice variety of classes all offered up in a serene and beautiful space. Bonus!... there are 2 other locations in Austin that are available as well. I've been loving the yoga instruction but they also offer a wide variety of services that include massage and acupuncture. Private yoga may be the best thing I have ever tried. I just had my first private Yoga class ever and it was the most wonderful stress reliever. Meg was an amazing teacher/coach/guide! She took the time to understand how I use my body on a daily basis and then customized a practice to exactly what I needed! After the class I felt as if I was walking out from a full day of spa services. That's how much it relaxed me! I look forward to seeing her again :) great place! I have two old ski injuries, both shoulder related, that I have worked on for years. Since their opening, I have started a twice a month program that includes a massage and followup acupuncture therapy. I have found their therapists to be thorough and professional. They ask good questions and work on the places that are needing some relief. I heartily recommend that you try them out if you have a "hitch in your git-along" The refreshment bar provides interesting opportunities to quench your thirst after the technicians work on your troubled areas. read more

Had an 80 minute deep tissue hot stone massage with Olivia - by far the best massage I have had in years!

I am beyond impressed with the Serasana studio that recently opened in Belterra Village. The have a wide variety of yoga options for every level of ability. The instructors are great and really help to ensure you can modify the postures to meet individual needs. I also recently had a 25 minute chair massage which was just what I needed and cant wait to try some of there other massage services as well as acupuncture. I would highly recommend giving them a try whether you are new to yoga or experienced they have classes that will fit your needs. read more

My husband bought a twice a month 50 minute massage that I was allowed to use. I received a massage from Cassie who was nothing short of AMAZING! I've had many massages, and she is by far the best I've had!!! She did a full body massage on me and when I say full body, she did a full body. She massaged my glutes, fingers, and toes. I've never had that done during a full body which I have always wanted (I guess I should've said something but you would think to already know and do that with a full body). I have seen Cassie twice and she was wonderful both times. I am so excited to also try acupuncture, yoga classes, singing bowl classes, and they also have a women's group which, I think, is awesome! I'm so happy for this facility and can't wait to join on the other services! read more

Fabulous massage! I was a Massage Envy customer for 2 yrs. but live very close to this new Serasana location so I decided to try it. Very relaxing atmosphere, great tea, nice employees. In the 1.5 hr. massage you get hot stones, hot towels, cupping, & aromatherapy included if you chose. I joined the monthly program and am looking forward to going back. read more

I received acupuncture here for a few sessions and couldn't make myself go back. It has a very "chain" feel or in other words: they care more about turning profit than actually providing holistic therapy. I attended group acupuncture and it was pretty disappointing and nothing like the multiple other group acupunctures I've attended. Firstly, when you walk in, they offer you tea as if it is complimentary. It's like they are trained in the way they ask you so it seems like it's a free gift, and then they charge your credit card on file... no receipt given. And they keep asking and asking, before and after your appointment like a hard sell, it gets overwhelming and annoying. Secondly, you are not consistently treated by the same acupuncturist in the group session even if your appointment is at the same time and day every week (like mine was). This was challenging because every acupuncturist did something different or I had to re-explain what my issue was or what I was treated for previously. What made this even more annoying was each acupuncturist would make the comment, "we could work on this issue better in a private session" which is obviously a ploy to get more money from you by scheduling a private session. Thirdly, the group sessions do not allow you to fully relax. The acupuncturists are in and out treating people talking in loud voices and making noise. All other group sessions I've been to, the talking was done outside the main room and only needles were put in in the main room. And lastly, at Serasana, they do not let you overstay your welcome, that's for sure! They get you in and out of group sessions in no more than 25 min. Ridiculous! That is not enough time to relax and let the needles set. In all other group acupunctures I've been in, the acupuncturists let you come and go as you please, not kick you out like they do here. Every session I attended, I couldn't help but feel like they wanted to make the group sessions as unpleasant as possible to get you to upgrade to a private session... which is not cheap. Mind you, the group session is pretty pricey for the quality of acupuncture they give you. I found myself dreading going to acupuncture which is NOT how one should feel and really defeats the whole purpose of going. I really wish a locally owned acupuncture place would have gone in at the Belterra Village instead of a chain! read more

Went here for a massage w/wife. Both of us had Cassie as our massage therapist since we booked our sessions only the day before. The place looks very nice and professional as you'd expect from Serasana establishment. Both of us get monthly massages through a different chain and this was our first experience with Serasana so keep that in mind when reading this review. Cassie gave both of us a good massage but not quite the deep pressure technique that we were looking for. Massages (just like haircuts) are very subjective and personal so it usually takes a while before you find the right therapist who "gets you" which is why we would be open to going back and trying a different therapist. It also doesn't hurt that this location is in the same shopping strip as some really good eateries. read more

The customer service at the Serasana Dripping Springs location was so horrendous and awful and terrible and ugly and ignorant and the worst I have ever encountered at an establishment, period. I was asking for clarification on how to access the massage intake form and the lady assumed that this process was too confusing for me. I was absolutely flabbergasted that those words came out of her mouth. I was simply asking where to locate the document. Her tone was very sharp and direct. Poor thing needs to work on her customer service and not put words in other people's mouthes. I will never go here due to this awful experience that I encountered over the phone today. Had community acupuncture with Cheray this past weekend, she took a thorough complete medical history, very professional and caring , and the session was fabulous, could feel a healing difference the next day. Highly recommend Serasana! I recently joined the new location in Belterra Village. My membership is the "wellness" plan that includes 2 treatments per month. Yoga is not my thing so the massage and tea are what I signed up for. So far I have gotten one massage that was fabulous and have set up my next 4 appt w the same masseuse. The employess have been friendly and helpful. I love the fact that they have such an extensive tea menu. They have even offered me to smell the tea leaves to help make a decision which I appreciated. The biggest call out has to be the Wed night events. I have been to the Tibetan Signing Bowls and the Crystal Bowl Sound Bath and both have been fantastic. My experience has been pleasant, relaxing and friendly. I would highly recommend. read more

Serasana Dripping Springs has amazing yoga and acupuncture: both are stress relieving. Kimmi and Julee have given me amazing acupuncture experiences, relieving pain and improving my energy and spirit. Definitely worth checking out, especially with the two weeks of yoga for $25! Power yoga is a great work out, and Yin yoga in the evening guarantees a great night of sleep for me. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The facility is beautiful.
