I wanted a white line in between the pink and black. She refused.

Went in for a mani pedi. Pedicure was divine. Was not at all happy with my manicure! She refused to do a design that I asked for. I'm not usually a nitpicky client, however if I go in asking for something specific, it is up to ME not the nail tech to decide if something is going to look good or not.

Perfectly thin and not pillow thick.

Mimi kills it every time! She is my go-to! I got Dip. We mixed a color so I don't have that to share. Perfection!

New royal collection color with gel X nails

Love this color, Lauren is the best and so nice. She always has the newest trendy collection and I got it done today and it looks so pretty !!

Amazing nails done by Hannah! LOVE! can't wait to get so many compliments! Mimi was so amazing, too, was doing nails next to me that also turned out fabulous! Get your Valentine's Day nails done here!

    Yellowed color, uneven application, lifting.

Hands down absolute worst mani/pedi I've ever had. My fingernails were uneven with a weird dip in the middle, the French mani color yellowed after just a few days, they began lifting after 4 days. "Massage" was one arm only - I guess she was tired. Pedi did not address calluses even after I asked and the gel peeled off after less than a week.

.She didn't understand what I was asking for but I brought my own supplies and she offered me a used lotion -_- it's been five days and they are lifting and uneven. I wish I never came here. My pinky is ripped off with my base nail and bleeding. The manager is giving me half of a refund. I've never heard of this but I sadly will not be returning. It seems sort of rushed for a spa! I don't even want to post my other hand. I cannot even post my other hand it's pitiful.

They are open & have face masks for you; thermometer to check your temperature; they've installed plastic shields for precautionary measures; super clean; super friendly staff; they aren't busy at all. Come on over! I'm helping them because they treated me with a first class red-carpet service. Thank you Austin Oasis Day Spa & Nails - I'm not surprised that you were featured on CBS Austin!

    Nails with bloody cuticules

I went a couple times over the summer and got a normal experience for a gel manicure. I went again earlier this week and had what i can only describe as the worst manicure experience I've ever had. IVon (I believe was her name) didn't just buff the top of my nails but literally filed them down, thinning/weakening them in half. She also files my nails really short without asking what shape/length I wanted. Cleaning cuticules can be a bit uncomfortable but this was so painful I had to pull my hands from her repeatedly. After finishing the polish she massaged the tip of my fingers even though I kept telling her I needed to go. I realized that she was trying to clean up the blood from cutting my skin open so I wouldn't see it... 4 days later this is what it looks like...

Not only was I cut during my manicure, my toes were "trimmed" via nail file, resulting in uneven non-shaped toe nails, also not even fully/evenly painted, but also within 2 days I had 2 nails chip and the gel chipped and peeled off completely, also the broken nail I specifically went in to get fixed, broke completely within 4 days. Very nice people but not high quality, nor even decent quality work at all. I called after my gel polish peeled to address the aforementioned complaints (since I didn't want to Karen them at the time) but no call back from their manager. Make sure to check the quality of your pedicure before you walk out too. A waste of $100+ and also the cost and time of going elsewhere to get this disaster fixed. I wouldn't recommend them, at all.

    Ridiculous.

I get that it's Covid, but this is the worst mani pedi I have ever gotten. Does this look like a $122 service? I felt bad for the girls so I paid, but now that I see it close up, it's awful. I'm pissed. I could have done better myself. They also rushed me out the door, and one of them actually went into my wallet to get my credit card because they were closing and my nails were not done yet (I was there for almost two hours). Terrible service. I don't even want to go back for them to fix it because I felt so uncomfortable. I'll go elsewhere.

I have been coming here for years and they always do an excellent job! Staff is always very detailed with my nails and make them look great. All of the nail technicians are super friendly and make me feel very comfortable when I go here. I also have very thick eyebrows and they always do a great job waxing them, making sure they are not too thin. Love this salon, and would recommend to anyone!

Sandy advised that she could enhance my jawline by adding more filler in my chin. Apparently, what I requested is known as the "Texas Jawline."" Texas Jaw Treatments typically use Hyaluronic Acid Fillers to reshape and strengthen your jawline. Fillers are injectable substances that are absorbed by the skin to instantly add volume and create a lifting effect. Some products also trigger the production of collagen, which is the main constituent of skin, bones, and ligaments. To achieve my desired look, Sandy recommended using Restylane lyft and Restylane define. When injected into the hands, Restylane Lyft reduces the appearance of sagging skin, making the tendons and bones of the hand less visible. The injection of hyaluronic acid also triggers the production of collagen, which naturally provides more structure to the skin for longer. Similar to other products listed in the previous review of services rendered here, results of this filer have been shown to last up to 1 year with Restylane Lyft in the cheeks; up to 6 months in facial wrinkles and folds, like nasolabial folds; and up to 6 months in the hands. Sandy is extremely meticulous when it comes to providing fillers and explaining what benefits may arise from using various fillers. While this, by far, is the most unpleasant feeling during the injection of all the fillers I have used in the past, the end result of the filler is probably the most noticeable (in a good way). Cost for three syringes this go around with discount $1,800. Total for treatment last week and this week for injectables/fillers $3,000

I had also been thinking...how very long ago I had switched to plant based shampoos, conditioners, and cleaning supplies and wondered...why am I buying these commercialized products with ingredient lists the size of my forearm to cleanse and treat my skin?! The truth was, I was scared to change up my products and routine because I struggle with acne breakouts (something unfortunately I did not leave behind me in adolescence, darn it). But I had had enough. I searched for plant based/organic facials and found Elizabeth. Let me assure you, these 5 star ratings are not exaggerated. Elizabeth is patient, kind, caring, passionate, educated....AMAZING. My treatment was relaxing, peaceful, and healing (and so beautiful lying under a gorgeous tiffany style lamp with calming music). After the treatment (I seriously felt like a new person), she took time to sit me down and explain to me step by step her diagnosis of my skin and her suggested product treatment. I chose to buy 3 products. I spent $300, which included a deep cleansing facial, a facial cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen..but let me tell you how, after swallowing and taking a deep breath over the price IT WAS 100% worth every penny! It's been about 3 weeks since my service and I am absolutely astounded with the change in my skin. I was so worried about my skin feeling oily because I used ALL oil-free moisturizers and cleansers before, but it is not. It feels......perfect. It's less oily. And even MY HAIR seems less oily, which is maybe the strangest and most unexpected and exciting thing that's happened. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. I recommend Elizabeth whole heartedly.

My face literally was glowing after every session. She is also EXCELLENT at waxing; my eyebrows look awesome. OH! And at about 5' 2", she totally adorable and not intimidating at all.

Can't say enough great thing about this place and these people!

No accountability! Arrogant! Terrible bedside manner!…read more I went to Dr Piazza in 2017 to have an exchange of my implants. I went to him because he had interned under another plastic surgeon that I knew well and so I thought he would have some of the similarities maybe the same bedside manner, etc. My implant surgery went very well in 2017. I went back to see Dr Piazza in 2023 to have explant surgery because I was having some migraines and other health symptoms that I was thinking might have been my breast implants. At that time, my experience was OK however I noticed that Dr Piazza had changed a bit. His bedside manner was not as it was when I visited him in 2017. I went through with the explant surgery which he dismissed as being breast implant illness, or anything like that and kept those implants out for a year. I went back for a year follow up and made an appointment and when I called I asked that I could have additional time to see Dr Piazza because I was considering having implants put back in. After having them out for a year, I still had migraines and other symptoms. When I went for my follow up appointment, Dr Piazza came into the room for less than five minutes. He did some measurements and then said he had to go see a patient and he would return I went over to the implant room with the nurses in mind you these nurses are not surgical nurses these in the nurses that collect the money and so I get all the consents signed. Dr Piazza told me he would be back but he never came back. I no longer live in Austin and the traffic was going to start getting terrible after waiting for 45 minutes. I decided to leave and then called to make another appointment to see him in person I called to request an appointment and try to schedule a surgical procedure three months out. I texted to get an appointment in person with Dr Piazza and I called again to get an in person appointment with Dr Piazza. I kept being told he wasn't there or he didn't have any appointments. I was very concerned that I had not got to see him in person to make sure that the implant size that we were going to now put in was going to be the right size given that I had had larger implants in for a very long time prior. I wanted to go a little smaller, but I also wanted to make sure that these implants would fit in the pockets that had already been there after having the explant surgery. Finally, after reaching someone again, I was told I would have a virtual appointment. I was not happy with this however I was thinking well if that's all I can get at least you can see me over the phone through a telemedicine call. When Dr Piazza called me. It was a phone call and I told him what my concerns were and he assured me everything would be just fine and the implant size that I was thinking about would work well. I again told him that I would like to see him in person, but was not given any available appointments. After contemplating not being able to see him in person, I tried to cancel my surgery and reschedule it to a date after I could see him in person and I was told via text message I would be charged $2500. Again, my surgery was still quite a ways out. Texted again and called again about these charges and was told the same thing. The surgery was going to cost quite a bit so I did not want to lose $2500 by canceling that particular date which again was weeks out. I went through with the surgery reluctantly. I went to the surgical center of Dr Piazza's choice and the nurse that was taking care of me. Was trying to release me when I was still in excruciating pain. I told the nurse that I was in so much pain and to please give me something. This had never happened in the past as I have had past surgeries and felt fine when I left the surgical center. This time was different but this particular Nurse who now works for Dr Piazza personally released me and said oh honey, you'll be just fine as I was crying and she was wheeling me out the door. I could never get in front of this pain and when I contacted Dr Piazza three days later about 10 PM at night because I just couldn't get Beyond the pain. He was very belittling about how I was taking my medication. However, I was taking my medication as prescribed. Several weeks after my surgery, my breast looked extremely deformed and I contacted the office and sent them photos and was told that a nurse will call me. No nurse ever called. No nurse ever left a voicemail. So the next week when they were open again, I messaged them about this. They were condescending and also said that someone had reached out to me. There were no missed phone calls on my phone. No missed text messages and no missed voicemails. They close at noon on Fridays and they apparently just wanted to get out of there. When I finally did go get to see him and showed him what was going on he tried to Patient blame me and told me basically that he was so busy and tucked and pulled from Patient to Patient. He doesn't care about you.
