The lady working had her husband take off my nails for me (they were overgrown and already 2 months). I asked to do a soak to take it off, but he's like it's gonna take too long, so he used an edge of a file to go in between my fake nail and real nail to take it off. You can see damage on my real nail. But idk how much a soak would have saved..... I mentioned my pinky nail was partially broken so they were careful and good on that though I told the husband I wanted full cover nail. He says he got it. But when he was done filing my nails, he just put a nail tip on the edge of my nails and then put acrylic powder on top. I don't like this way bc taking it off damages my nails more than gel x. On top of that, I asked for almond shaped nails.... Idk what he did but it was not almond, like oval. I was like you know fuck it it'll be ok And then he goes to try to make designs on my fingers... bro could not even do a diamond, he made it look like a dome shape. I asked him to redo it 4-5 times and he was getting visibly annoyed bc of him muttering Viet under his breath. And the design asked for polka dots. omg when he finished the first time, I was APPALLED by how he was like "ok, good?" LIKE i would have looked at the work and be like oh ok this looks like shit I better redo it. I get that polka dots can be hard to do but holy shit, I wish I took a picture bc it was so monumentally bad. Thankfully he got so frustrated, he asked his wife to do my nails. She saved sort of saved them in a way where I was okay paying $65 for the work they did. I wanted 3D work done on my nails but they couldn't do it bc 1. Nails were too short 2. I watched them try putting it on and it just rolled right off In the end, they couldn't really do the design I wanted, but something relatively similar but it's ok. I'm glad I paid less bc ain't no way I think this place is just good for easier paint and go, don't ask for intricate design.

He went above and beyond making sure my nail shape was to my liking, he was being gentle, and found the right colors. The service was also pretty quick without feeling rushed, and he was super kind and welcoming the whole time. I wasn't expecting my nails to be done within 2 hours!! Very friendly people they took such great care of me!! They do make nice conversation asking about yourself, making the environment super light! Definitely a great experience!

The ladies doing the nails were very polite and respectful and made great conversation - there're no complaints about their customer service. However- a majority of us left our appointments with poorly done nail polish, crooked nails, chips and nicks in our gel nails. It was very disappointing. We live nearby so we want to support the closest nail salon to us- but that was a lot of money spent for a job poorly done.

I waited to write this review to see how they would hold/grow out in time. Unhygienic processes from the beginning, he had my ENTIRE fingers drowned in acetone for over 20 minutes. My acrylics were not grinded/cleaned in the cuticle area and were put over my nail bed. The grow out was painful into my skin. The acrylics themselves were very thin and the coat / polish they use is very sheer which was a stark difference from what they have you pick out. Tools were dropped and being reused on clients. I had never experienced something like this - makes me sad how much it has gone downhill.

The nails…read moreturned out decent with minor flaws however I noticed that when Lily did my pedicure she skipped a few steps with the massage and didn't provide me with a full service. They expect tip towards the end and will ask you directly for it. My nails and pedicure was $135 with $5 for tip and $4 credit card/debit charge however, at the check out she charged me $1 extra randomly totaling to $145. I pay attention to service and honesty and although they cheated me $1 with half ass pedicure service, they lost me as a future customer. I will not be returning to this place in the future.
