I normally frequent this place for my pedicure. However I had not been there in a while. During my visits on 3/25/25, I was shocked at how unclean this place was. The spa chairs were so dirty they had stains. The seats were so worn the color was changing. The tables the where they performed manicures on were dirty from the bottom to the top. I was very uncomfortable and mentioned to the lady that they needed to clean. She just smiled. I will not be returning. Though they do really good work the uncleanliness of the establishment was overwhelming. If they do a deep cleaning I may return. It's unethical to have a business that dirty. read more

I gotten my nails done about 3 times here, thought I'll give a try since my nail tech was gonna be out of state. Okay shaping of nails, some were bumpy others were soft look, prices are about $45+ for new nail set and $30+ for fills. They do take walks in, usually busy after 4pm. If busy it's a 30 min wait or more. This was just their way to get me in, and then tell me I have to pay on the spot. He starts telling me they will only fix after 1 week, not 2. Isn't a pedicure suppose to last more than 2 weeks? Super disappointed in this nail salon, I found them on yelp and wanted to go to Venus because her work looked amazing from multiple photos i saw posted. i made an appt with Venus, the girl doing my nails was not Venus, she did a pretty horrible job, two days later one of my nails cracked and one of them broke. I've been getting my nails done for 15 years on the regular and I rarely have them break, I called the salon to try and have her fix them or try to book an appointment with Venus and I was able to set an appointment with Venus! I called the day of my appt and the guy who works at the front let me know Venus wasn't there and wouldn't be there for a couple weeks and neither was the girl who did my nails before. i have been coming to this place for a long time. Sadly it has been deteriorating in quality. Yes, they sit you down immediately so you get serviced, but the wait is long. There is a huge language barrier, which is understandable but can be seen as rude if you repeat the same thing five times. The prices have increased and i feel the work is no longer good. I love this place every time I go! They are always friendly and accommodating. They do a lower leg and foot massage with a mini hot stone massage during my pedicures. After spending $65 for a deluxe gel pedicure, the gel peeled off after 3 days. Because of my busy schedule I wasn't able to go back in until now(about a week). Customer service here is horrible.. I waited about 40 minutes to be seen when the 4 people that came in after me got their service within 10 minutes. Although they didn't have an appointment. Their check in system is horrible, you sign in but just to get "points" and not everyone signs in. I walked in and two ladies were ahead of me and then 4 people walked in at the same time and the worker who was assigned to tell everyone what station to go to treated all 7 people like they came in at the same time and gave the people who walked in after go first in the pedicure line. I wasn't going to leave a review but I think I definitely should..since I've left my finger it still keeps hurting and hoping I don't get a infection.I've never came to this nail shop but decided to because it was right next to GB3.. I checked in and requested my acrylic nails to be removed and for a fresh new set.He was the only one doing nails and was currently working on a client, so he finished his client ,I sat down and he started to cut them as short as he can with a nail clipper and the nails flew everywhere. That wasn't the worst part he grabbed a fake nail and started to force it in between my nail bed and the old acrylic nail. He literally saw my face in pain and just kept proceeding and kept doing it really roughly forcing it off. Until he did my thumb it got stuck and I felt my actual nail rip off and as I was going to say something he went back and slid it one more time and the fake flew off with my real nail almost took half of my real nail off!. My nail started bleeding so much.He got a cotton ball and put a liquid on it and boy did that S#!+ BURN! I asked him if I can just pay for the nail removal and I can just go because I didn't want the full set anymore . It was burning so bad. He said it happens often and that he can work something out with the nail where it won't hurt.. i then said ok. Really wanted them done..It just kept hurting the whole time... we finished up charged me for the service and I still left him a $10 tip because he did apologize and i just couldn't do that. All I ask is to be a little gentle on your clients. I understand you are the only one doing nails and you might have to finish within 30-45 mins but that right there is not acceptable..should of had me soak my nails while assisting your finishing up your client so they can remove easier.I don't think I'll return here... read more

I had high hopes for this nail salon but unfortunately I won't be going back here. I was able to make an appointment online for the same day at 5pm, which I guess didn't really matter because they had no idea what I was talking about when I said I had an appointment. Anyways they were super busy but got me right in which was nice. I have never had gel-x nails before so weren't sure what to expect, but when "prepping" my nails which I assumed would also be my cuticles did not happen. They didn't even push my cuticles back but I didn't know the process so I thought maybe later on they would do that but I was wrong. Then when applying the gel-x they didn't put the mail all the way down to my cuticle.. again I didn't know so just trusting the process because I saw on here girls having amazing looking nails. The gel-x formula didn't even fill my entire nail so at the top you can see there is gel missing. To top it off the gel polish they applied after also didn't go all the way to my cuticle so now exactly a week later my nails look like I got them done 2-3 weeks ago with the growth and one already broke. Guy doing my pedicure is gentle but firm enough. Love it! Wish I could keep this good review up but this time has been less that pleasant. I can't here one morning (Thursday to be exact) and got a gel pedicure. Now normally a gel pedicure stays put for at least three weeks. If not forever and I end up peeling paint off my toes a month later. But this one has lasted all of five days. My big toe is peeling polish off. She left me unclean. Paint all over my cuticle.
