So I headed to yelp, given the fact that j had such high ratings and seemed to be a legit professional business, I figured it would be much more, but I got 72 chairs, 9 tables and a cocktail table for $179. I was very happy with that, I did the side by side per table and chair with the other guy and it came out almost exactly the same! Plus they dropped off the tables the day before! I was able to set up in advance which was a huge plus for me. They picked up the day after the party, giving plenty of time for us to clean up! We will definitely be recommending to friends!

I was concerned when they kept messing up the details of the drop off and pick up, but things seemed to be cleared up that morning and we were good. But 16 minutes before they were due to drop off the tables and chairs for my son's birthday party, I received a text (not a call) that they wouldn't be able to make it for my order (see attached screenshot). I couldn't believe it! It was my son's 10th birthday party, he was so excited about being double digits, we had almost 70 people coming, and I had no tables and chairs!!! I tried calling them to see if someone could at least drive chairs to me , but they didn't answer my call. I then called Joaquin who wasn't even aware of the situation. I was hoping it was a terrible misunderstanding, but he texted (not called me back) that they wouldn't make it because of mechanical issues. He said that he'd see if he could find someone else to help but he never contacted me back either way. It was 3:30pm and my son's party started at 4:30pm and all they could say was sorry for your inconvenience. On top of that, he didn't even refund my deposit right away. I had to request it back that night. That should've been immediately done. We had to buy chairs and tables from Home Depot and we still weren't able to get enough for people to have a place to sit. I was late setting up and it was hard to get set up and greet my guests. It was awful!!! And all they could say was "sorry for the inconvenience ". It was beyond inconvenience.
