When I got the cal that it was done (sooner than I expected) I remembered that I was overdue for inspection and sheepishly asked if they can squeeze it in. She reminded that it's a busy day and they just didn't have time, I'd have to bring it in another day. Oh well, doesn't hurt to ask, right? Before I got a chance to pick up the car, I got a call from Connie, letting me know that the inspection was done! The best part is while Connie kept saying it's been a crazy day I would never have picked that up from her pleasant demeanor. Under promise, over deliver with a smile.
