Staff is friendly, service is quick and prices are about the same as any other oil place. The issue I have is I went in yesterday to get an oil change and they are OUT of synthetic oil?? The guy working there told me that their supplier has not been in for 3 weeks. I understand issues with suppliers but I do not understand having no oil to do the one thing that you are in business for doing! Because I wanted to stay loyal to Speed Lube, I called today to see if they received their shipment yet. Was told they had not and did not know when it would be in. So, I guess I will be forced to go to Valvoline as my Equinox is a great vehicle and I don't want to let it go too long without an oil change.

I called Dobbs in no more than 10mins they arrived with a mechanic in Tow. He drove my car back to the facility, they ordered the factory part which fit more snug and held on better and everything has been great since. I have had service done here several times and though sometimes it seems costly the service and lifetime warranty make it worth it. They always do a really great job!

Instead of driving car back home to triage it and in fear of making the problem worse or causing a worse situation on the highway, we stopped into Troy Meinkee and Aaron greeted us immediately outside.
