Given the size and nature of the leak and the timing, that explanation felt insulting, dismissive, and completely unrealistic. At every step, Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility than in standing behind the vehicle they sold us or doing right by their customer. Received a message from someone asking for me to call but at that point I have already wasted so much time, money and energy on them wasting my time and temporarily making my car undriveable.
