The staff in the service dept does a fantastic job! They have great communication skills and Shane took special care of my vehicle this wk went I went in for an oil change. A nail was found in the side wall of my tire and they replaced it free. Purchasing the extra warranty on my vehicle for things like tire issues or windshield cracks, car dents, has saved me a lot of money already. When purchasing the car I got told it when through a full inspection and the car was in good mechanical order. Well that was a lie! After driving the car for on two months. It started to have a slight hesitation when speeding up on the highway then that turned into an engine misfire. Then shortly after that, a knocking noise. So after looking over the car. I discovered that there bin a on going camshaft position sensor leak. I have installed photos of it. You might ask how is that related to a misfire. So when the camshaft position sensor start leaking oil on the M157 engine. The oil goes into the electrical connector and then through the hole engine wiring harness. I did look at the sensors before purchasing the vehicle, but they must've had clean the connector so you could not notice the oil leaking into the wiring harness. I know I bought the vehicle as is, but it really shady what they did and would like to warn others.

Having my car locked in the detail area after hours so my son couldn't pick it up was frustrating. As someone with two Teslas, I'm used to a much faster transaction (under an hour). The dealership's process feels outdated compared to modern alternatives like Tesla. Tesla has the buying process down and it is so refreshing and smooooth. Good people, but the system needs work.
