I am happy to say these guys are the real deal. Urban Motors has exactly what they listed online and, as verified by our mechanic, the descriptions were spot on. In addition they live up to their reviews. You won't find the hit and miss customer service here. Each of the people we worked with at each stage of our research and buying process was beyond what you would expect. Starting with our first visit with Andre, there was no pressure and he sat down with us and filled us in on how the used car financing was going on this COVID market. After we shopped around at other car lots, checked out other vehicles, and spoke with other financing banks, we ended up back at Urban Motors as they set the bar for Denver and beyond. Our son needed a reliable transport to commute to work but he had first time buyer credit and we recently moved into the area so he has not been long on the job. Peter and Alex worked with us to find a vehicle in his price range that could be financed through one of the many banks they work with. The fact that they have so many Subarus and that they inspect each one and fix anything that needs updating goes a long way in making us comfortable our son is in a safe and reliable vehicle. I highly recommend you talk with them and let Andre, Pete, Alex, or any of their staff help you find a solution to your transportation needs. We will be back for our next family vehicle and we look forward to working with them again.

When I purchased the car I paid for the delivery to which it was supposed to be arriving 3 days after I bought it. But when I didn't get any response or update after 3 days. I called them to make sure my car was still coming, which they told me the car had not left their lot yet. They gave me a new update on delivery, which I think is weird, they should have told me about that before I paid for the delivery cost. I got my car a week later, and I then had to wait for my title and other paperwork to show up, which they did not tell me when would come. After a month of waiting, I called them because I didn't get any updates. They told me the paperwork had been sitting at the dealership for pickup! PICKUP?? Lmfao, to which I told them I needed delivered AGAIN. This company definitely needs to work on communication, although the vehicle showed up in good condition this caused a lot of stress to me because I had no verification or trust in the weeks I waited for my car. The car was advertised as having passed their multi‑point inspection, yet we were finding palm‑sized oil spots on our driveway shortly after taking it home. Trying to get help was a nightmare. We left messages for months with the service department and could not get a call back. I repeatedly called through their entire service directory, and no one picked up until I finally reached the very last person on the list. That is not "busy," that is simply not caring. When we finally got in front of the sales manager, instead of taking ownership, he offered empty platitudes and floated the idea that the oil leak might have started after we drove off the lot. Given the size and nature of the leak and the timing, that explanation felt insulting, dismissive, and completely unrealistic. At every step, Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility than in standing behind the vehicle they sold us or doing right by their customer. We walked in expecting Lexus‑level professionalism; what we got felt like the exact opposite. There are plenty of Lexus dealerships and other used‑car options in this area. Based on our experience, look elsewhere for a dealership that is honest about vehicle condition, actually returns phone calls, and is willing to stand behind its inspections and sales.

    I've brought my car here for years. There are issues most of the time but are usually based on wait…read moretimes. You can bring your vehicle in the morning for basic maintenance and leave at the end of the day. Recently it happened again, which is the norm, but the service center accidentally sprayed gasoline on the engine and firewall. Apparently they tried to clean it off but not well enough. They sent my wife home with a car that smelled so bad of gasoline that she had to open all windows. We thought it would go away but instead it made everything in the car smell of gasoline including our garage. I called the manager who apologized and said to bring it back in which I did. Spent a few more hours there and asked our service rep for some sort of reimbursement based on the wasted time, gas headaches and smelling up the car and garage. He said he'd ask his manager. Didn't hear back for a week. I sent an unhappy email. Received a message from someone asking for me to call but at that point I have already wasted so much time, money and energy on them wasting my time and temporarily making my car undriveable. I messaged back and basically said, I'm done with the phone calls. Please just do something in good faith. That was two weeks ago. I am now looking for alternative service stations.

Tony is genuine guy you should request as I truly left feeling he worked the best deal possible for my wife and I. I pushed hard for a deeper discount than what he first presented and after a few back and forths with the Manager we were on our way to finalizing the deal. I am an impatient man but once we got the ball rolling it moved quickly and painless. The only real sales pressure came when we visited the finance guy who will push the extended warranty. The finance manager almost makes it scary saying no. Can't say I appreciated that very much. I mean if I say no once after you explained it, don't come to me again and with another attempt. Overall, though, the Emich family should be proud of the way they go about the business as most dealerships get reputation for shady business practices, that is not the case here. Now waiting for a replacement part going 4 weeks with no eta on the replacement part From I see online in that GM has a failure issue with this part What I'm upset about is how Emich sold me this car with a bad telematics module. This car should have never sold with a bad telematics module in it. Not sure why they didn't catch the problem before selling me car. I found the problem after talking to on star the day after buying the car. The my chevrolet app and GPS hasn't communicated in over 6 months now. The last update was when the car had around 4500 miles on it. I purchased the car with around 9200 miles on it. I think there should be some kind of compensation to for selling me a car that not fully operational
