We paid cash for a 2027 Bolt in mid July. Easy smooth process. Shortly thereafter the troubles began. We bought the cargo net thinking easy self installation. Wrong. Says right on the instructions SERVICE as there is cutting involved on the panels in the cargo area. After consulting with sales and service literally no one offered a solution other than go home and cut on your new car with an xacto knife. REALLY? We'd have paid 50 bucks or whatever but they didn't even offer to have a tech do it and have it be their responsibility to make sure it's correct. Now the really fun part. Friday I got home and the car wouldn't charge. The locking pins in the cars port are stuck and thus, the car cannot be charged as verified by the service department on Saturday. When I asked how long it will take to to replace it I was advised by the service representative he didn't know, mine would be the first. I feel sick sitting here writing this. It's all smiles and handshakes when you are buying the car but shortly thereafter you are just another number living in a state with arguably the worst lemon laws in the nation. I want my freaking trusty reliable Camry back. I want nothing further to do with this freaking useless car. I want my 32k back and the opportunity to go forth and buy something else. There is no way that will happen in Colorado so I resort to online reviews in hopes of getting the attention I deserve on this matter. Cannot recommend that anyone buy a car here. UPDATE: So after the repairs are complete, the car still will not charge. Lucky the sales manager, (I wish I was making this up but that is dude's name), Lucky has deferred responsibility to cooperate. His reasoning: I posted bad reviews. There is some logic for you. The car doesn't meet Chevy's corporate guidelines for them to take the car back. Completely useless brand new car and they won't take it back. Guess what Lucky the sales manager? The bad reviews will continue until I get something that resembles customer satisfaction. I am open to a replacement in RS trim, chili pepper red is preferred. Either that or a check for $32k will do. I can't even work using the rental because it isn't and EV and Passengers pay a premium for EV rides. It is really the only reason I bought the car to begin with. Update#2: So there is a cooperate case opened, Chevy cannot fix the BRAND NEW car due to a part back order which in this case is indefinite. Emich's whole team is doing everything they can to help but it is in GM's hands. I will push for mediation if something doesn't resolve in the next two days. I can't work and this has gone on for a week. My tags are due on a car I no longer trust or want. A car sitting at the dealership irreparable. That to me is enough. Update #3 Somehow, they did it. The car is charging. The biggest frustration was the fact that answers about things like parts and such were really not there. This is of course no fault of the team at Emich. I LOVE this car, love at first drive. That was a big part of the reason I was so bummed when it stopped working correctly. I brought Bevy, my 2024 Chevy Blazer EV, to Emich Chevrolet for a routine tire rotation, and an employee crashed her while she was in their care. Accidents happen. What shouldn't happen is weeks of poor communication, lack of accountability, and having to repeatedly ask for updates and answers. We ultimately had to push to have Bevy transferred to an EV-certified Chevrolet dealership for a proper evaluation. What should've been a simple tire rotation turned into weeks of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This car purchase was seamless thanks to our salesman Tony Silva-Bussey. We went in at 9am and by 1pm we were driving our new vehicle off the lot. Tony is genuine guy you should request as I truly left feeling he worked the best deal possible for my wife and I. I pushed hard for a deeper discount than what he first presented and after a few back and forths with the Manager we were on our way to finalizing the deal. I am an impatient man but once we got the ball rolling it moved quickly and painless. The only real sales pressure came when we visited the finance guy who will push the extended warranty. The finance manager almost makes it scary saying no. Can't say I appreciated that very much. I mean if I say no once after you explained it, don't come to me again and with another attempt. Overall, though, the Emich family should be proud of the way they go about the business as most dealerships get reputation for shady business practices, that is not the case here. At first, we couldn't find anyone to ask a few questions of. Then, when we did, we couldn't get rid of him or the follow on guy. It's a constant of car dealerships that I have never liked or enjoyed. The continual harassment experienced as soon as I step on the lot. As a woman, I think the pressure even comes a little harder. I asked the year of the car we were looking at and that's all I needed. Then the questions of what kind of payment was I looking for and how much down I had just kept coming. It's uncomfortable and unnecessary. In short order, since we were not there to buy a car today, we opted to just leave and avoid the sales people. Mark your tires if you're having a rotation done. The service agent lacks any customer service or personality skills for the role. When asked if they completed the tire rotation with the oil change, he lied. Tires matched the same locations as their UV Eye photos. An hour and 15 minutes for oil and tire rotation(that wasn't done) is horrible when you have a scheduled appt. And for them to only do half the job and take that time, completely useless. I bought a car from these guys seven months ago, got raked over the coals by the salesman, whatever, no big deal. Had to spend 20 minutes telling onstar to kick rocks. Then the navigation went out in the car. It's still under warranty, no big deal. Took it in to get it fixed, and they had the part on hand, amazing. They took my car apart, found out it was the wrong part, took an extra day to get it back together. The part is a MONTH out. Still, stuff happens. The part finally shows up so I can actually use the big screen that comes with the car. I have to drop the car off for another day, no problem. When I pick it up, does the navigation work? No. The dealer can't talk to onstar, I have to do it. This was relayed to me with a shoulder shrug. After all this, still no big deal. I get home, call onstar, get hung up on 20 minutes into the call. Call back, talk to someone else, they tell me they will get back to me in two business days. I took my fob in to see if it needed to be replaced. They were so incredibly kind and helpful. I had watched videos on how to change the battery, sync it with the car as fob #2 and I thought it was a goner. Joe told me that he needs to run a test first because he didn't want me to pay for something that wasn't broken.. I told him I and my husband had changed the battery in the fob and gone through the step to sync it with the car. Maybe we touched something we were not Supposed to when we changed the battery? Anyway . . . A couple of minutes later Joe came back after doing his diagnostics and said the fob wasn't dead. He proceeded to pop it Open and readjust the battery and tada!, it worked. I was so happy and thankful that I asked him if I could give him a hug! He agreed! We hugged and I got in my Tahoe and drove Home without spending anything more than a little time. I purchased a brand new 2024 Chevrolet Silverado duramax diesel just over 1 year ago. It has been in the shop constantly. This dealership has not fixed problems and constantly given excuses such as it's a software problem, we don't have an answer to the problem, the engineers have to write a software update, etc. As I write this it has been in the shop over a week and I just spoke to the service advisor Roger Magana, and he just told me they ordered the wrong parts to fix it and it won't be ready for another 4 days. Never once have they offered a loaner vehicle. My son and I bought 2 2025 Chevy trucks in December 2024 from Emich Chevrolet. We buy (2) new truck every year for our business. We also purchased (4) wheel flares and had the front windows tinted. I added 2 inter wheel liners because my truck didn't come with them. We both made appointments to get things installed. The window tints were done within the first 40 minutes of our appointments. My son's appointment was at 9am. He waited from 9am to 5pm (9 hours total) to get the (2) windows tinted (40 minutes) and the (4) wheel flare put on (8 hours and 20 minutes). The flares should have taken 2 hours max. My appointment was at 10am. I waited until 2pm (4 hours). The (2) window tinted took 40 minutes. After waiting another 3 hours 20 minutes and after talking to my salesman I decided to have someone put all of my parts in the bed of the truck and I left. My salesman told me the company only had so many mechanics. I said what is the sense of making an appointment, then. After leaving the dealership I tried to call the General Manager (Mike Jendreas) several times with no luck. Mike's voice mail box was full and would not take any more messages. I then emailed him "please call me". It's been 3 days and I have not received an email or call from the General Manager (Mike Jendreas). To make things worse, when I called in to see if my parts have come in, I had to leave a message which no one has returned the call, yet. I also called several times the service department to make an appointment so I could get everything installed by Emich. The service department number that was on the internet doesn't work. I had to call my salesman to find out about if the parts were in and to schedule my appointment. The 4 hours that I waited in the lobby there was no one else waiting to pick up their car along with me. So, why couldn't they get me in at my scheduled appointment? They were only persistent in approving someone with no credit and a co-signer because of the quality car they sold to them was filled with underlying issue and hiding of critical information. Hail damage, body damage from previous accident that claimed moderate but underneath says otherwise a lot of dents and dings that were hidden from view because purchase was made in the cold. The salesman claimed an alignment was done but when I turn constantly one direction at anything above 30 it feels like the steering is skipping and steering itself left and right. They did not replace the battery or key fob like asked for, ran into both of those issues at the same point in time simple things!. Cheapest car on the lot or not business was not there. I was hopeful and being optimistic. Was recommended by someone who came here previously. Typical salesmen who lie but the salesman experienced during these transactions was brutal!! Customer was the one having to line up the pieces for the deal to fall through. I guess if you aren't spending more than what they make they see you as a pawn! Once possible I will be financing through someone else terrible salesman to represent your company. read more

This dealership is a dumpster fire, and the service department is even more of a dumpster fire. I bought a NEW Chevy Colorado in December and already had a light come on. Of course I took it in, and they kept it for two days, just to tell me that they have to order the parts, and the parts "were on back order because of the tariffs". The sales advisor Joe is not personable, and made it seem like it was my problem when it wasn't. I tried to ask for a loaner vehicle because this is their issue, and he snapped and said that they don't have any. He told me to contact him every few weeks to ask if the parts were in. The reality of it is, is that that's his job to ensure if the parts were in, not mine. Not to mention, to get ahold of anybody in the sales department is a joke. They just let the phone ring and ring, sometimes you just have to keep calling to get anybody to answer. So for me to try and get ahold of him was a nightmare, and they say they will pass messages along, but they don't. They just tell you what you want to hear so they can hang up with you. Second time I took it in, of course Joe was still rude and said maybe two words to me. With this being said, I would honestly just look at another Chevrolet dealership if you're looking to buy. Got my brakes replaced here. And now my new brakes squeak like crazy somehow. Didn't know that was possible with new brakes, but apparently it is. I don't live in Denver, so I can't come back. I've talked to them, and the manager was a horrible piece of fucking shit in my opinion. It makes me really fucking mad that they botched my truck. I will be selling my truck in about 4-5 months, and now I'm really worried it will be very difficult to sell and will significantly lower the value of my truck with this disgustingly loud screeching squeaking noise every fucking time I brake. If I could give this dealership negative stars I would. Absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a certified preowned Chevy Trailblazer from them with an $8000 down payment. Two codes popped up 4 days later saying power steering and ASC. Less than a week and a half later, headed to work, the brakes locked up causing me to wreck TWICE. Once in a guardrail and second crashing into the security arm at the airport. After their service department looked at the car, they decided it was caused from a bad battery. When testing the battery it was at 45%. Their head technician said the battery being bad has caused the breaking system to go haywire (since it's all electrical) which caused the wrecks. He then told me the battery would be $400 to replace, and if the dealership was decent they would replace the battery for me (words spoken from lead technician). After speaking with multiple dealerships they also stated they would have been more than happy to replace the battery if they sold a car that caused a wreck TWICE in one day LESS THAN TWO WEEKS DRIVEN OFF THE LOT. The dealership has hung up on us when trying to talk to them about it. Not to mention when this first happened I got questioned about MY driving, saying I didn't know how to drive this vehicle, I didn't know how to drive in snow etc. Keep in mind it hasn't snowed in over two weeks and has been in the 60s every day. When the wrecks happened, it was snowing less than 20 minutes. They were supposed to drive it continuously over the course of a week to try to get a reading & yet they call to tell me that they've only drove it one day and insist nothing was wrong with a vehicle that malfunctioned & would have killed me under worst circumstances. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. They lie and are nothing but cowards. But from any other dealership, I can guarantee their worse service would be better then what this dealership had to offer. read more

Purchased a 2006 Mercedes Benz CLK 55 AMG with 89,000 miles - after arriving home with the car I noticed a Service Required notice on start up. Called sales representative to ask why. He advised me to ignore the warning, that the mechanic neglected to switch it off after serving. Drove 2000 miles before having a start up problem. Took in for servicing ending up with a $9000 bill. I am most concerned about the defective Thrust Arms which put my life in jeopardy if they failed causing the front wheels to fall off! According to the mechanics, these take a long time to become faulty and the defect would have most certainly been apparent when I purchased the car. I'd like to think a used car purchased from a reputable dealer would last more than 2000 miles before requiring major repairs! read more

I bought a vehicle for $30,000 cash and on the test drive I noticed an issue that I wanted fixed. I made the mistake of not checking to see if the problem was fixed before signing the papers. I was told it was fixed but it was really just half-@&#ed fixed if not fixed at all. When I tried to inquire about it I was ignored so I emailed the service manager. Not long after I got a call from Emich asking if I could bring the vehicle in so they could look at the part in question When I arrived I was basically made to feel like what I was asking for was a petty detail. After spending $30,000 cash I don't think what I was asking for was petty. I just decided to leave and I will take care of it myself. I pretty much had enough of their intimidation tactics In my conversations with the service manager I told him the outcome was the difference between a 5 star review and a 1 star. He basically didn't care what rating I gave Emich Chevrolet so I will give them a 1 star rating. It would be no stars if it were possible. Bought an $80,000 truck here, also paid for the extended warranty. Problem 1 - told the dealership about the chrome peeling on the headlight trim 2 years ago. Granted this was during Covid, however we were told at the time that the parts were out of stock and they would get in touch with us when they had some replacements. Have never heard from them. Problem 2- the oil pan started leaking at the seal. We made an appointment to have it looked at and it was diagnosed by their service team. We were told they had to order the part and they would let us know when it was in. When it came in we requested a loaner as each of us needs a car to get to work. We received push back even thought it specifically says I. The Chevrolet warranty that a loaner will be provided. They reluctantly provided the loaner vehicle. However, they called and claimed the part that they waited for 5 weeks for was defective and that we needed to come pick up the truck and they would call when the new no defective part came in. 6 weeks later we get a call that the new part was in. We take the truck down and the dealership refuses to provide a loaner as stipulated in the Chevrolet warranty so we are without a way for one of us to get to work without spending our own money to do so in order to get an issue fixed that is under warranty. Then we get a call the next day that they had received the wrong part and to pick up the truck. They put it back together and and changed the oil filter and put oil back in the truck. We picked it up and we're told that they would call when the correct part came in. While waiting for yet another 6 weeks for the correct part I noticed oil spots in my drive way, crawled under the truck to find that the oil filter was now leaking. We finally get a call that the correct oil pan had come in. Once again they refused to provide a loaner per the Chevrolet warranty. Once again we have to leave the truck with them for multiple days and find a way for one of us to get to work paying from our pocket. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership, at this point after having been a loyal Chevrolet customer for most of my adult life, I am considering going with a different manufacturer in the future due to the fact that the Chevrolet warranty is apparently just lip service that is not honored, they are too incompetent to fix the warranty issues in the first place, and they have no concerns about doing the honorable thing and living up to the agreement they make with you when you buy their vehicles. Don't buy here and don't even by Chevrolet or GMC, CROOKS! read more

Today I went to get a new key and was told they have to order it bc it's laser cut. Ok that's fine if that's my only option but then I mentioned I've been able to have them cut at a dealership in the past and then he told me they didn't have a laser cutter here. So I asked if any other dealership could and told me John Elway could. I had to extract all that info from him, why couldn't you have just offered that to me. I was about to wait days to get keys instead of getting them right then and there. It really wasn't a big deal, but it just shows how much they don't offer to help. My 2006 Corvette Automatic Soft-top in excellent /clean condition was at Emich for a "stuck in park" shifter condition. After 3 days (which seems lengthy) it was diagnosed with a weak battery which I paid to have replaced. For now, the shifting problem seems to fixed. But!... ... while in their care, my expensive upgraded chrome Spyder wheel on the rear left side was damaged due to curb rub. If Emich doesn't step up to the plate to make this right, the cost to me to have this fixed will be around $4,000 since individual buyers can't buy just one wheel. Additionally I was told that Corvettes were kept inside during their service and during the evenings which it clearly was not. My car was covered in a thick coat of dust. Plus, while installing the new battery, it appears as if no fender protection was used as there was dirt, grease and smudges all over the mirror like black finish on the fender. Fortunately, no apparent permanent damage occurred to the finish. Those that know me, absolutely KNOW that I'm honest and take excellent care of my car. I'm heart broken and angry. Zero stars would be a better rating for Emich's service department. Emich is a huge disappointment. My advice is to avoid them at all cost. read more

Update 5/11 Recently inquired to purchase a car. Christina Middleton was working with me until she sent me a message insulting my best friend for personal reasons not related to business. Completely unprofessional. They then erased my prior review on facebokk and christina personally sent me mail using my address that was on file from my previous purchase and stamping the envelope with Emichs return address. The mail was signed by her stating to "cease and desist" for harrassment and "defemation of character". I took these letters to Emich immediately and they were copied. Wade told me on the phone he was unaware of any such letters being sent. I was supposed to be followed up with and have not been.... extremely concerning that employees can take your personal info from the company especially things like my ID and address. I filed a since police report and am attempting to reach out to the attorney general. Wish i could shop here because theyve previously considered me "family" but with this change it doesnt seem that i will be able to because 1 employee cannot be professional and management has been less than communicative regarding the issue. I finally sent him something he "accepted" and then asked him where we were at with my spare key that was lost and that I didn't receive with my brand new vehicle that was purchased almost two weeks ago and he said they were still looking, today I reached out again to ask and simply asked when my key would be in and he replied very unprofessional saying he had no idea and if I thought he was not being diligent enough he could connect me with someone who wont care as much resulting in it taking longer.
