Took my car in for part to be replaced pay for part labor . car didn't even make it two blocks before breaking down and the part failing . call the shop leave message they call me leave voice mail saying its there fault under warranty . three weeks later car still not working. During those three weeks I had to call the shop my self for updates were first week it was they tried after market parts. Then they order from jeep still couldn't figure it out . second week I went by shop my car never moved . third week guys telling me he has a test to see what's going on etc. so after few days I call back he hadn't run test or any thing basically got frusted and said come get the car while hooking battery up crank my battery cables so tight there bent . wouldn't refund me because he says he did all this work and parts blah blah. basically I took the car home because they didn't know what there doing and didn't want car took apart 10 times still not be fixed plus they just wanted more and more money. read more

I now know Lucky Tire & Auto can be trusted! They have now helped us out with two vehicles and we went back to them twice for a used car inspection since we needed to replace a car. Great and trustworthy. I was a Costco earlier to get my tire patched. They couldn't do it due to some policy of two nails being with 12" if each other. I walked in and walked out within 20 min, only costing $20. I just might buy next set of tires with them. Don't waste your time with Costco tires. Go to lucky tires instead ! read more

WATCH OUT!!!!!!! I brought my 2014 Honda Odyssey in for a simple oil and filter change. They did the work, then their mechanic came into the waiting room and said the battery was bad, and it was a Die Hard. I told the service writer I would check it out at home as I have a 10 Amp charger. When I got home, I popped the hood and found the retainer missing to the battery cover, and the battery was a Honda battery and not a Die Hard. I think the mechanic was pushing me for a new battery replacement. Also, my battery was fine and I have not had any problems with it since. read more

I unknowingly pulled off into Lucky Tire when I realized I had a flat tire and had to get off the highway ASAP. The staff greeted me warmly even though I arrived before they technically opened up shop. The minute they opened, one of the gentlemen got right to it - removed my tire, found a screw, quickly patched and got me ready to continue my commute to work. This all took just about 30 min - and a VERY reasonable bill. So thankful for the service at Lucky Tire, and would strongly recommend! read more

I visited Lucky after visiting Astro Automotive a few months prior when my maintenance light came on. The other shop had quoted me a whopping $800 to replace my carbon filter, but also let me know it wasn't urgent and I'd be ok for a few months. When I finally needed my snow tires switched out, I visited Lucky for the service, an oil change and a second opinion on the maintenance light. Joe was warm in greeting me, let me bring my car in that very morning, and had all the work done that same day. He let me know that the carbon filter was not a problem at all, and that the light coming on was a mileage trip that happened at a certain number of miles. I know it's unfortunately not uncommon to be misled in these situations, but I am so very grateful that I got my second opinion from Lucky. This shop has awesome customer service, honest workers, quick turn around, and charges a very reasonable (to low!) fee for parts and labor. I'm smitten and will definitely be using Lucky Tire & Auto for my future car maintenance needs! read more
