    The belt is shredded

    I recently purchased a 21 Atlas from Ryan. A few days after we purchased it, there was a sound in the right front. I'm not a mechanic so I called made an appointment and had it the next morning at the dealership for them to repair it. I was told it was the new brake pad and that was it. I then drove my car home which is about 200 miles from the dealership, I unfortunately did not make it because the belt was shredded and left us stranded. We called and spoke with the manager, Les. He informed us that the only option was to have it towed back to the dealership over 200 miles away, leaving me with no car and no other option. I never heard back from him after that. I had to have a repair shop in my town fix the belt because no one from the dealership returned my phone calls. I then called and asked to speak with the general manager and left him a message. And that was two days ago and I'm still waiting for a callback or a resolution or any sort of customer service that they claim to have. If I can deter one person from purchasing a vehicle from them, then my review has done its job. Save yourself the trouble. They talk a big game, about their great customer service but they don't back it up.

Chance identified a miscommunication from Toyota Corporate Communications, sent incorrectly, to my house, while I handled my dad's estate, which informed me of an alleged paint chip recall. However, this was sent to me well after my dad died in 2021, so obviously I assumed it was for my dad's, now my, Corolla, which my dad got in spring 2021, after - per USAA General Counsel - his Prius, was totaled in a November 2020 5-car pile-up, caused by a woman in a Geico Jeep Liberty. Not so. The communication was for the Prius! Chance figured this out, after the location near my house pawned me off, saying they don't do body shop work, and to come to this location. I wasted an entire vacation day, listening to the other location, wasting my valuable/limited time, only to be told that this location also doesn't do body shop work, and furthermore, Chance identified - using the VIN number - that the communication, which failed to list make/model of said vehicle, was regarding a paint chip recall for the Prius! Unbelievable & so annoying / inefficient / disrespectful, proving the importance of proof-reading corporate communications to allegedly valued and allegedly respected customers, such as myself. 2. The location near my house failed to do a proper alignment on my Corolla, when installing snow tires in December 2025, so I brought my Corolla to Chance, for a second opinion, and he solved everything. Highly recommend!

Once I was driving home, the check engine light came on and was put in a limp mode. I contacted the dealership and they took it in the next day to "take a look" They then contacted me back saying they cannot do anything about the issues/ codes that came up. I didn't even drive the car for more than 30 miles and it has issues. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. The manager Noe does not do anything to help you and will ignore your calls.

The usual auto responses arrived in my inbox and then I was contacted by a real person. Oty was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. She sent me a video tour of the car. I immediately scheduled a test drive for the next day. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was greeted with a smile. All of my questions were answered. I was allowed to take photos of the vehicle and test drove it. Upon my decision to purchase it, with details of my bank auto loan in hand, the steps to come were easy and forthcoming. Oty is an excellent and kindly Sales Consultant. I got cookies and bottled H2o while I waited for the paperwork and final detailing. The whole process took a total of about three hours. I drove off the lot with an extended 48 month premium warranty to boot, and it all fell within my budget. There was no pressure at any time. Mr. Dobrosi, the Business Director, was kind and knowledgeable. He was efficient and even commented on my wicked cool style. Service with a personal touch. I paid almost 30,000 for this car and it only has 65K miles on it. They went as far to not even answer my emails or questions about the issue. Totally ignored me. The GM has no guts or glory. The advisor Brian is the only person who is nice and not a clown over there. The sales managers Frank and the other one talk down to you like you are nothing. Never again will I go to them.     If I could give this place a negative 5 star I would based on the way they conduct business for my…read morefirst time ever using them. Subaru EJ25 rebuilt engine for $1450 purchased on 4/18/17, engine died and knocking on 5/14/17 after only 80 miles put on this engine. Heads were rebuilt by Area Automotive & Machining 9/9/16 and ran fine, then developed a rod bearing going bad causing rod noise on start up only, no metal ever drained in 8 months I drove it prior to having enough to buy a rebuilt block from Rocky Mountain Roos. Upon draining oil there was a huge amount of shiny fine metal glitter clearly visible, and metal found in pan after they tore it down. They blamed my used heads, which would obviously ruin my heads and old block if the metal came from them, and never drained in oil changes. They claimed somehow that metal sat in heads for 8 months then all ran through the new block all of a sudden in 80 miles, so wouldn't refund or stick by his 1 year warranty and gave me 3 choices: *Pay them to put block together they said nothing was wrong with, but had metal in oil pan *Take $300 and a loss and leave them the engine *Pick up the disassembled block crank pistons rods bearings in a box It would've took them 1-2 hours to find the problem and put it back together, keep a lifetime Subaru owner as a customer, get good word of mouth spread about their work and warranties, instead they screwed me over for a quick $1450 and a whole lot of bad mouthing to every Subaru owner I know. Not a trustworthy shop at all. Also have a car lot, so i definitely wouldn't buy a used Subaru from this establishment. The tech they have named Aaron is super knowledgeable and friendly, he deserves to work for a better shop and owner who knows how to conduct business in this Subaru loving market here in Colorado!! So if anyone's looking for a awesome Subaru builder/mechanic you need to get ahold of Aaron there and make him a offer he can't refuse.
