However, when things started to go south with a mistake that they did with the water heater they were not willing to fix it and passed the blame to the propane provider for their mistake in installing the unit. The water heater was for an 80 year old and 75 year old and they were fine leaving them without water just because they didn't want to own their mistake. This shows that they don't care about owning their work or their customers. I will never hire them again for anything, and I hope whoever reads this review thinks twice before hiring this company.

His employee said that the transducer was broken due to ice build up and there is a need for whole system replacement which would cost 4800USD. I decided to wait and get a second opinion. As the weather warmed up, the whole system came to life with no issues.
