We started calling after the first missed delivery day, they told us it would be there tomorrow and from there the date kept being pushed back. If they had been honest and up front that they were overbooked, we would have tried one of the other half dozen companies in the area and returned to our normal service afterwards. Our oil delivery was always paid for up front, in full, and did not price shop/haggle. This is a service business with many choices, my suggestion is to pick another oil delivery service.
