How often do we see THAT these days? A business owner who is present , cares, and is hands-on enough to make a phone call. Scott McCartney, owner of 1st Choice, came across as compassionate and committed, friendly and professional. He reinforced in my mind that his company is a first class organization, in spite of the experience that I had on a "one call close" sales presentation.
