I find it interesting that they call themselves 'Angelo's specialty food's' because they don't really have any specialty food and nobody by the name of Angelo either. Maybe he took all the specialty food with him? Anywho, I come here for alcohol because I'm an adult and that's all you need to know. Also, I like it (so there's that). Angelo's is larger than most convenient stores in the area, making it better for anxious Chelsi to hide in the corners when freak out when too many people try to invade my personal space (much like the aliens invading outer space). I found out they are a "State Minimum" store so they sell at the least amount the state of Michigan will allow. They have lots of options as far alcoholic choices which is what makes this place so convenient.  My favorite part is that it's the beginning of January and they still have the 'limited edition' Smirnoff Ice red white and blue in stock.  I love this flavor and could only previously find it in July.  I am very excited to see it's still svailable.

In a sense, that's what Rooster's is; decent choice of items described above, but then, folks, step up to the counter, ask for a menu, check out the hot food display followed by the cold food options and then the "Specials" board. Then, step back to contemplate your order. Here are your options: great fried chicken dinners/boxes or by the piece; very good homemade macaroni/coleslaw/potato/pasta salads; cold sandwiches made with superb "Bit O' Swiss" bread; hot vegetables/mac and cheese/homemade mashed potatoes and gravy along with their potato chips.
