I used The Liquor Cabinet for my wedding and would NOT recommend them. They ran out of gin and whiskey within the first hour of my wedding, served the signature cocktails during cocktail hour (they were supposed to be for the reception only) and were not even going to resolve the issue. My venue had to take it upon themselves to go to the liquor store and buy more liquor. read more

The Liquor Cabinet was excellent to work with for our wedding in July in Sturgis Michigan. They were actually a required vendor for our venue, which I wasn't sure I loved at first but they were truly wonderful to work with. The bartenders day of were AWESOME! During dinner we started to run out of seltzers and the bartenders were quick to communicate and offered to add another seltzer they had on hand. They truly took care of everything on top of being reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend the Liquor Cabinet for any wedding in West Michigan. read more

The Liquor Cabinet has a WIDE selection of just about every kind of alcohol you can think of! They also make sure to be competitively priced with other grocery stores in the area within "state low" limits. This is my usual "go to" liquor store when I'm running out for some garage-fridge beer, a special date night wine or when I'm looking for to try something new. I do find it rather disturbing that it is now a "vape shop" too because I'm not really supportive of the vape community. It's just not my thing. I can vouch for the fact that if they don't have what you want, they will do what they can to get it for you. My husband and I went to Napa Valley one year and found a wine that we really liked. We couldn't find it anywhere and talked to the guys at Liquor Cabinet. They took down the name of the wine and winery we got it from and went out of their way to special order it. When it came in they called to let us know. We naturally bought more than a few bottles and will continue to support this establishment! read more

The group recently bartended my daughter's wedding on May 28, 2022. The staff leading up to the day was excellent to work with in selecting the right amounts and specific selections we desired. The staff got back to you right away and was flexible with any changes. The bartenders arrived the day of the event and was professional and fun! It was clear they knew what they were doing. The selection is great and the staff are all very helpful. It doesn't matter what you're looking for: craft beer, excellent gin, micro-distillery liquor, port, or the best wine and whisky....they have it and have lots of variety to go with it. my husband spends hours with me at the mall, and i spend hours with him...at the liquor cabinet. hubby loves the wide beer selection that chris carries, and i enjoy perusing the wines and ciders. it's the best of both worlds, really, when husband and wife can both shop in the same place, together. tip: our friends got married, and got all of their wine and liquor from the cabinet. chris generously allowed them to sell back the unopened bottles of alcohol the day after, AND HE EVEN DELIVERED A BOTTLE OF GIN, PERSONALLY, TO THE RECEPTION VENUE AFTER WE RAN OUT! talk about great customer service! read more

This is hands down the best liquor store I've ever been to. For starters the selection is unbeatable. I've never gone in looking for something that wasn't there (and I have outlandish tastes so thats saying something). I've also really enjoyed the experience of trying a plethora of exotic libations I've never seen elsewhere. Wether you're looking for a great micro brew, a phenomenal bottle of wine, or something harder, the Liquor Cabinet will have it, and If you have no idea what you're looking for or simply feel like trying something new this is also the place for you. I can guarantee you will be able to find something amazing you've never even heard of before. Another strong point is the owner. He is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. As mentioned in other reviews you can tell he loves his business and that love comes through in the way he interacts with customers. He is always ready to make a suggestion or answer a question, but above all else he makes you feel absolutely welcome from the moment you walk in the door. We used Luther Bartending and Liquor Cabinet for our wedding. I'm still not sure if they are the same company or not, their phone numbers routed to the same place anyhow, so I'll review both here. Liquor Cabinet: It can be hard to get ahold of these guys. Once you get Bryan, though, he is great. We appreciated that they buy back unopened bottles, and their estimates were great, so there wasn't much waste. Luther Bartending: The bartenders did a good job, but we were very frustrated that they put tip jars out after we were very explicit and clear with the organizer we spoke with prior to the wedding that we did not want tip jars out. We had even already given the bartenders tip envelopes. It was important to us that our entirely out-of-town guests did not use their own money at our wedding, so that was very disappointing, and awkward to have to ask them to remove the jars once we entered the cocktail hour and folks had already been tipping. I do appreciate that Sue was helpful in deciding how many options to serve and approximate amounts during the planning. The bartenders let us know when white wine was running low and offered to go out and grab more - we declined but it was appreciated. read more

Over-all selection is better than Lambrechts, prices a shade better, although nothing is cheap in SW MI. Yeah nice customer service blah blah. Give me beer!!!! read more

Upon reading my recent review of the Liquor Cabinet I was contacted by the owner of the store, Chris. Chris has assured me that he is working on the expired beer issue. He has invited me to come back to the store and give it another try, which I plan to do in the next week. I'm very glad that Chris is taking steps to resolve this issue as I have been a big fan of the store since it opened. Also by contacting me Chris is showing that he really cares about his customers. Besides his great customer service the Liquor Cabinet has the best selection of wine, liquor and beer around. If I need booze or vaping supplies, I drive across town past several other Liquor Stores in order to get to Liquor Cabinet. Since the day he opened the doors; you can tell that the owner is a busy guy, but he always takes time to quickly and concisely answer any questions you may have. The guy is a pro who runs his business with passion and he has some great staff who are very knowledgeable about vaping (almost obsessed!) and liquor or beer. I've bought all of my vaping hardware here and staff have been great helping me decide which options are best for me! EDIT: They have great business hours too! read more

We had our wedding at nearby Blue Dress Barn and can't believe how lucky we got with our liquor options. The barn requires you to go through Liquour Cabinet but I couldn't have been happier. Chris Jindo, the owner is great to work with, easy to reach and he gives great suggestions.. He has a wide variety of alcohol options and there was no wedding upcharge. He was so reasonably priced that we bought our alcohol from there for our welcome party as well. Our bartender didn't have the right supplies and he drove up the location to drop them off within 30 minutes. He also buys back unused liquour, which is unheard of. We were extremely happy with the Liqour Cabinet. read more
