Temperatures were near 100 degrees outside and over 90 degrees inside. Although my service appointment had originally been scheduled for the following week, Casey advocated on my behalf and successfully expedited my ticket so the issue could be addressed immediately. His awareness, empathy, and willingness to act made a tremendous difference. When Casey arrived, he took the time to clearly explain what had happened to the generator and walked me through the damage in detail. He also ensured my comfort by offering to keep the unit running temporarily so my home could cool down while repairs were being arranged. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern for my well‑being were evident in every step he took. Additionally, I want to recognize Hayden Ellingsen, whose technical skill and support throughout this process were equally invaluable. Both technicians demonstrated a level of expertise and customer care that goes far beyond expectations. Their actions reflect great credit upon themselves and the Generac Super Center team.     In August 2025, I signed a contract with Generator Supercenter in Homewood, Alabama and paid the…read morerequired $4,350 deposit. After the payment was collected, all communication stopped. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I received no meaningful response or progress on the project. During my efforts to resolve the issue, I discovered that this was not an isolated incident. I became aware of more than 30 other homeowners who reported experiencing similar situations with this location. I escalated the matter to the parent company in Tomball, Texas. Initially, they acknowledged the situation and indicated they would honor or address my deposit. However, after several weeks of communication, they stopped responding entirely, and I have not received any resolution. As of May 2026, nearly nine months later, I do not have a generator, and my deposit has not been recovered. I also contacted Generac, the equipment manufacturer, to seek assistance. They stated they were unable to intervene in disputes with independent dealers and did not offer a path toward resolution. This has been a very costly and frustrating experience. I strongly encourage others to fully vet both the dealer and the contract terms before making any upfront payment.
