When I questioned the rate, this was the response: "I'm sorry Hourly rates are based off employees salary and benefits so when they are on the clock those rates are charged to the beneficiary they may not have been Physically at your project but that's the total hours they had into it " How are you charging for their time when not here? Doesn't the service fee cover that? And they weren't both working but taking turns. And the water did not thaw. The next morning I went out and the water had thawed thankfully. They also cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling to assess the extent of the water damage and confirmed the general area where the water was coming from. They were able to confirm this, but were not able to perform any repairs or further assessment of the problem and told me to contact the company again to get a quote for replacing/updating the faulty shower, which I did. That was over two weeks ago. Since then, I've followed up twice to see what the quote would be for the work and have received nothing.
