They ordered a new cable for me and i had my netbook back in working order in a shorter time then i had originally anticipated. The cable was extremely affordable and works great. Honestly, the other places in the area had less reviews and lower ratings and it didn't seem to be the primary business. The computer room seems like legit I went in there. They had a full shop that all their equipment. It's all open for you to see they're very transparent with the pricing in the diagnose my problem real quick unfortunately, my computer is kind of like done. Done the solid state drive went so I guess I'm gonna get a new one, but I appreciate their fast and thorough diagnosis. To my amazement it was just a RAM stick that wasn't properly seated. I requested an appointment over email and Alan got back to me very quickly. He was able to get my laptop up and working again, remove my Windows password, and even performed a tune-up.
