He wrote out the initial work plan and set a date taking into account the time required to order the parts. I explained that I would be returning to the area for a short time specifically to drop off and pick up the car. While my timeline was shorter than they originally estimated the work would take, they were understanding and accommodated my need. Additionally, they worked with the insurance company even though ours wasn't one they often partner with. Though the price was negotiated a bit by the adjuster, the initial quote was a fair price in my opinion. A couple weeks later I returned to drop off the car. While working on it they saw that it needed a couple more parts than initially outlined. They got the parts in fast and completed the job very quickly. Ryne was great to work with and so were the two other people who work in the office. One took receipt of the vehicle and was very efficient so I could get on my way. The other checked me out when I picked up the car. She explained everything very clearly. Overall, the experience was superior to visits to other body shops (in another city) that I've made with my own vehicle over the years. Will definitely return to this shop if my relative ever needs more work on the car.

I did get estimates from a couple of other places, but I knew when I brought the car here for an estimate and met with Steve that I was going to get comprehensive service. He thoroughly inspected the car and took extensive pictures. Also, during the repair process, I managed the process remotely for my parents and got outstanding customer service about how to facilitate the repair process. They even handled getting the rental car since this shop is a direct repair facility for our insurance agent. While I thought this body shop was head and shoulders above any other body shop I've experienced, the one other thing that I thought was a great innovation is that they send you text messages every day or two to alert you to the progress. In fact, our car was finished a day early. Finally, the quality of work appears outstanding and looks like the accident never happened, but their work does carry a lifetime warranty for as long as we own the car. If you ever need a place to get your car fixed, this is a first class option.

Several months later, I noticed that all my floor boards in the back seat were sopping wet every time it rained. I had never had this problem before. After taking it to multiple body shops, and getting many opinions on where the leak may have been coming from, I finally went to a recommended friend whose a mechanic. He spent hours trying to track down the leak, and the last place he looked was under my back bumper that Dennis Powell replaced. He found the leak! There were multiple cracks in the frame of my car where I had been hit, and all the water (about four gallons) had collected in my spare tire compartment, and was flowing down into my floor boards. This was obvious, VISIBLE damage, and Dennis Powell didn't even bother to seal any of the cracks! They simply put on a brand new bumper that looked great, while covering over MAJOR DAMAGE. Now I'm left with drying out my floor boards to avoid mold and rust issues, not to mention the expense of repairs. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone!
