So first off let me say I hired them to put in some sod and install sprinklers last December and they did a great job. They were also very well priced compared to every one else. And all the guys that came were very nice. For that service I am happy and would give 5 stars. However, one of the pipes they installed started to leak in late July/early August this year. I contacted them to see if they could come out and fix it. They said they would come and look at it but haven't. It's been 2 months. We have texted backed and forth and they keep saying they would eventually get to it but haven't. They wouldn't even schedule a time to come out. Now they have stopped answering my texts. This knocks off 4 stars. I wanted to use them for future work but don't have the confidence they will come out if anything goes wrong. After leaving this review the owner did reach out to me which I appreciate. He apologized for not getting back to me. He had a family matter which I understand. EDWARD DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE AND IS NOT AN HONEST WORKER! This is a text I received from Edward after his worker broke my glass door: "I don't like hide if from anything I rather be honest," but I'm out several thousands of dollars due to the damage he caused and he's been hiding from me for years now. I hired Edward to clear out the backyard of overgrown weeds. He sent his worker (his dad) to start the job, but while the weeds were being cut, a rock shot up and shattered the sliding glass patio door. Edward did bring it to my attention, but suggested that maybe it was shattered before they got there. I showed him the pictures that I took of the backyard right before his dad started working (with their tools shown in the picture) - the glass was perfectly fine. An unfortunate situation, but I completely understand that accidents happen. I told him I would get some quotes to replace the glass and asked if he had insurance. He did not. He then suggested doing other work to make up for the cost. I was fine with that and offered plenty of projects for him to choose from. He played games for the next three months. He was supposed to bring samples by so I could get them approved by my HOA - that never happened. Instead of taking responsibility he ended up not responding, suddenly being booked for a month out, etc. I waited the month and then conveniently his whole family had the flu. Another month passed and he hasn't responded since. That is a 3-year+ long flu for the whole family. Poor guy. Maybe there's no issue hiring him if everything goes to plan, but accidents happen and he won't stand behind his work. *I still have our entire text thread and emails saved read more

Book this guy! I couldn't be more happier about how my project turned out but most importantly the customer experience Edward (owner) provided made it that much better. He got back to me in less than a few minutes after first calling, squeezed in some time into his busy schedule to provide an estimate and completed the job in no more than 2 days!! The job was done fast but done well. The lines of communication were always open and the price was realistic to the project we envisioned. There was only one thing we discussed that got missed (drip system) but Edward said he would complete this once we were ready to start planting--definitely not a deal breaker. We actually opted to hold off on plants so we could take our time picking and choosing them at a slower pace. I am sure he could have done this for us as well. I am very pleased with the Landscaping Project that Edward and his team handled in ONE DAY! We had our traditional wood mulch replaced with Gorilla Hair Mulch. He and am his team also replaced our drip lines and made them custom to water only the plants/shrubs on the hill. Before, it was traditional drip lines that watered the whole hill and would cause weeds to sprout through the old mulch. In addition, Edward trimmed all of our shrubs and removed the weeds. He showed up on time and was able to get the yard clean up in about an hour. He offers his expires on how to keep the yard clean in the future. He provide the cost on the weed killer spray and I was given time to decide if I want to use that, which I agree to. Given I want to grow vegetables in my backyard, he provides me a quote on the soil for the whole yard, which is much cheaper than buying them individually in the store. Looking at the reviews, I had a high expectation of Edward & hoped for a long lasting business relationship with A&E. But I was so wrong and disappointed. I requested a quote for gardening service, which specifically include cleaning up slope on my backyard. He quoted me monthly cost, with an initial significant charge. Deal was struck and agreed upon. On the day, he sent someone to clean up, and told me the job was done. I could not check, but trusted him, and sent payment. When I checked, some brushes on the slope were cut, but majority of dried branches and dead trees were still intact. When I brought up this issue, he told me he would take care of it on his next visit. But he failed. Multiple chances to fix this issue were given with no success. After over two months of communications and back and forth, the problem was not resolved. My backyard slope is still messy, full of dead branches and dead trees. Just beware! If you think I'm just blowing smoke, I still have all text messages and pictures that I can show you personally. read more
