Do not consider using this scumbag. My tile is cracked and destroyed and this man of poor character, Mr. Christ. actually closed his business to not be held accountable for how the installation was so poorly done. I spent a lot of money on tile that was not laid level and had to be buffed down, damaging the integrity of my tile and ultimately leading to cracks. I lost at least a quarter inch of half inch marble tile due to his complete incompetence. In court, I had no recourse, as he had simply closed the business. This man took thousands from me and left my house a complete disaster. What an absolute horrible thing to do to another human being. read more

Great Experience with Bob and Gary! Super experienced. They were recommended to me by my plumber at Barhs when he heard my quote from the competitor. The work needed was a tub to shower conversion with tile in and out of shower and guest bathtub re-tiled. He also included installation of toilets. These guys did two bathrooms for the price the other company wanted for one. Garry was the installer. After he finished one we decided to have him do the other one too. A&E worked around our schedule. The end result was very pleasing. As we wanted additional requests and minor changes he included it. They were very professional. Bob coordinated the job and got the extra materials needed. He also took time with us and really helped us selecting our tile. My wife and I are planning on having them tile kitchen too so I will have an update soon. read more

The local contractors wouldn't even come out because our bathroom repair was too small for them. A&E Tile came to our rescue, and did a really nice job for us. We couldn't get the original tiles for the shower and had to replace the bottom 3 ft of it and they did a great job on the "blending" repair. They also replaced the damaged drywall and we are pleased with their work. They are clean, polite and faith-based, which made me feel better having them in our home. Bob Crist is a genuinely nice person, as are his employees. We actually gave a little extra because it was way cheaper than the one contractor that did come out, and we had them add a few extras to the shower. We first connected with Bob Crist through a recommendation. Our master bath needed an upgraded shower (tearing out old tiles on walls and floor, building a seat, adding a safety bar, etc.) Bob came to assess the job and emailed the estimate the following day. We were confident in his ability to deliver what we needed/wanted. We paid half down on the first day of work. Two men arrived promptly on the start date, but before work began they carefully laid drop cloths on the floors from the front door to the bathroom. It took 5 working days to complete the job. Every day the men arrived on time and cleaned up completely before they left. Unlike Bruce B.'s diatribe, we found John the tile man to be a complete professional whose work was METICULOUS. NO gaps, NO paper of any kind, and sharp, clean cuts. NOTHING was crooked. The job was finished today and we couldn't be happier. When we paid Bob the balance due, we let him know we'd be calling again for future work. It was a pleasure to deal with honest hardworking craftsmen. read more

OMG DO NOT HIRE cost me $1200.00 to get rid of them and had work redone that they started .The salesman will tell you anything you want to hear, they do not do anything he said they would do all they tried to do is cut corners .This is the first time I fired a company to do work . They started the job ok which was for a shower remodel ,then they started the prep work for the tile .I could not believe my eyes .USED PAPER DRYWALL TAPE IN SHOWER to cover big gaps because he could not cut the cement board with a sharp knife , looks like he used his teeth to cut the cement board 1 1/2 gaps where board meet in corners and walls the length of the board unbelievable .Drain was crocked .Called the salesman he said he would fix it . Then he started the tile work before fixing the other stuff OMG that's when I had enough all cuts were crocked and all different size gaps where tile lined up on corners and jagged edges .He did not use wet saw honestly looked like he used a hammer and chisel .Long story short fired them and had someone redo all the work they did ,waste of time and money ..STAY AWAY I WARNED YOU ,omg was that stressful ....Hired Inspirational Touch ,wow what a difference ! read more
