DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give this place no stars I would. My husband took his truck there over a month ago and it is STILL not fixed. They fixed one thing, but didn't replace another part that was suppose to be replaced in the first place! Then, he dropped it off to get that part installed and they said the entire computer system needs to be replaced! 2 weeks later my husband and I just went to go pick it up. Not only is it not fixed, but they didn't attached his turbo hoses, it's now ticking loudly, and has no power when you put gas on it! They even test drove it while we were there and said it was fine! Did I mention we saw the skid plate DRAGGING IN THE GROUND as the pull into the shop, telling us it was good as new?! They are nice guys, don't get me wrong, but they DO NOT know what they are doing. Not only are we $3,000 in the whole with literally nothing fixed, but now we have to take our truck to a Ford dealer mechanic to get it properly repaired! Unbelievable. 6/24/2020 Update: We just heard back from the Ford dealership and found out that THIS SHOP put RTV sealant into the engine (to, and I quote, "save money on replacing the gasket" and instead of just putting a little bit over the covers, THEY USED AN ENTIRE CAN and it got into the oil system and it DESTROYED THE ENGINE! They are called 360 Auto Enterprise now and they have always treated me well. The owner is always there and involved in his business. He is a straight shooter and at the same time a nice guy. He gives the place a feeling that this is your good old neighborhood repair shop. I will continue to take my car here because I feel looked after. The only con is it is a small lot and it can get crowded. Normally this would deter me, but I feel like I can trust this place. read more

I started out with them with my 1996 Saturn SL1, when I gave my car to my brother it had 300,000 miles and still running, thanks to A & F auto that helped me keep up with any of my car repairs. I have a 2016 Kia Soul and I bring this car into them for my necessary repairs when I need it. Robert and Carol and the mechanics are very friendly, trust worthy, honest, straight forward and professional. A &F Auto Repair shop will not fix anything that is not broken. 50 stars!!!!! Thank you. Clearwater Toyota repaired my car on May 5th 2018. After 2 additional trips to Clearwater Toyota my valve gasket cover was still leaking along with my cylinder head plug. My spark plugs were ready for replacement. A & F Auto shop cleaned up the negligence of Clearwater Toyota. They replaced a worn out vacuum hose, and worn cylinders. My Camry is 20 years old. While Clearwater Toyota had the valve cover open, why not check the spark plugs and update a few things? Ok I am still angry at them.. but A & F made it all better. Clearwater Toyota failed me. This shop is like a little superhero. I loved the rustic waiting room with the little fish tank and they have a shop cat named Lugnut who is really cool. At the brink of being beyond disgusted and frustrated with not being able to find competent mechanics...we found A & F. Saying that these guys are amazing doesn't say enough. Ive been lied to and ripped off time after time since living in Florida and its quite refreshing to know that there are still honest mechanics out there. This place is the absolute worst. My 2007 Chevy convertible Corvette had a broken thermostat. I took it in and they confirmed it was a broken thermostat. They allegedly fixed it. I called to see if my car was ready and they kept giving me the runaround. Finally I was told it was out for a Nother test drive and would be back within 30 minutes so I simply showed up. I was told my car was fixed as they were closing the business for the day. Four of the five employees were completely intoxicated. Yes they were drunk. The repair man bragged about driving my car at 100 mph. He bragged about driving my car so much he had to put gas in it. I took my car home and let it sit for two days and then drove it 5 miles and that's thermostat again showed as broken and the car was overheating. I called and they told me to bring it back in. I don't think so. I'm not risking their drunk asses driving my car off that parking lot one more time. This car is in mint condition with barely 30,000 miles and it is almost 10 years old. I am happy to pay 10 times the amount to have someone else fix it then to put my vehicle and my personal and professional life at risk if these morons get in my car drunk again and drive it somewhere and kill someone. I would rather set the car on fire with me inside of it. This is not a joke and I'm not just being vindictive, stay away from these people! read more
