Our front door was original and from the 70's, so we knew we had to get a new front door. My…read moreparents referred me to Advanced Door as they have had jobs done in the past by them. Our service was back in 2016, so it was a while ago from this review. However, we had a pretty good experience overall and would use Advanced Door again. We had a salesperson come to our home and show us books on what options could be regarding our front door and storm door. We were told to also come into the showroom to check out the doors in person. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The showroom was very impressive and tons of stuff to check out. We sat with a salesperson again at the showroom and picked out our final design and color. The day of installation went well and the installers were clean and friendly. They took our old door away and did a good job with our front door. However, we noticed the design inlay on our front door clanked between the glass. The clanking was noticeable everytime we opened the door. Advanced Door made it right and got us a whole new door and then design inlay did not shake between the two pieces of glass - so this made me happy! They also provided a small bit of paint to make any touch-ups on the door. 5 years later, some of the paint has weathered away, so will have to use that to touch up. My only disappointment was the color of the door. We wanted a cherry red and that was the color I picked, but when the door arrived it was more muted and not as bright. I have grown to like the color at least but still a bit disappointing.

I called Advanced Door, and Tom figured out a solution I never would've thought of. His solution was better, more effective and cost less than my ideas, so I really appreciate the expert care. While waiting for my door to come in, my garage door broke. Advanced Door was able to come that same week. Fortunately, I got Brett. Brett fixed that specific issue, pre-emptively solved another issue he saw coming, and lubed up my garage door. He even patiently answered my questions about garage door maintenance, including showing me the location of the ball bearings that require yearly maintenance by getting up on the ladder and pointing them out while the temperature outside was in single digits in January. I will include a picture of my garage door, which is not that exciting. The picture is of the new bolt that Brett installed. I had called about the broken bolt on the other side, but Brett saw this bolt was about ready to give too, so he replaced it while he was here, instead of letting it break, at some inconvenient time, so I would have to call again. Anyway, everything is working again. I recommend Advanced Door.
