My handle broke on my door and I sent pictures to the person who manages the shop. He responded extremely negative and informed me that it would take awhile. When he did contact me to let me know the parts were in, I drove all the way over there to find out he did not have them in stock. He ended up selling me a used part that looked like it came out of his junk drawer. It still did not work. He treated me poorly and made me feel like I was just "dumb woman". To top it off the place reeks of cigarette smoke.
