New springs and hinges on one door. New controllers and remotes. The guy was there all day but did a great job. Not the cheapest in town but quick, professional and quality equipment.

I had one spring bad and they replaced both and took my good spring with them which makes me wonder if I didn't get someone's used spring. I thought they were expensive also but I needed it done so I was stuck. I knew it was a spring because we had them replaced before and you could see it but they wouldn't give you an estimate until they got there. I'm not a fan of being at someone's mercy.

I hopped on Yelp and a few other sites and I really liked the reviews M&M recieved. I requested a quote online and got a response with in about a half hour! 4 hours later I had a worker at my house. He explained everything to me and started the job, about an hour later the spring was fully replaced. I forgot the workers name and it wasn't on the invoice but he did an excellent job explaining the job. He also pointed out some other parts I might want to get replaced sooner or later. He was not pushy one bit and was happy to give me some recomendations, and even wrote me a quote for these replacements if I want to do them at a later date. Overall very happy

Since my repair is always minimal, they check out other things as well that may be giving me problems like when it would always fritz out in the rain! He walked us through our options and helped us navigate the best windows for our price range. The gentleman who measured was efficient and exact with his measurements. They told me it would take 6-8 weeks before my windows came in and that was also correct. They called when they were in and set a day/time to install. The installers arrived promptly at 8 am and immediately got to work. They were polite, professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. The windows are beautiful and they were done by 1 pm. I can't say enough about what a great job they did and everyone I came into contact with was outstanding. The company truly has a family business feel and I will absolutely contact them for any further needs I have.
