I installed a brand new roof on my house and hired DMI to inspect my house for insurance…read more The results came back negative on the roof from the inspector In fact, my insurance company raised my rate $500 after they received the report My next-door neighbor had the same roofinstalled. His roof had a different inspector and everything came through clean nice I called the roofers. A well established company been around for many years.. in the Naples area and they said same roof that was on the house before I called DMI three or four times and they refused to make any changes in their report. My recommendation is run. Don't walk away from this outfit very very, very disappointing and I'm gonna do my best to inform as many people as I can not to hire them
