Items such as the importance of good quality concrete for the front driveway and sloping for the drainage. In addition, the yardwork such as tree trimming, planting, installing weed fabric, and adding the lava rocks were done properly to ensure it is aesthetically. The lava rocks were filled properly to the edges of the concrete, and new soil was brought in for the plants. After needing to create some privacy from a neighboring property, we needed fast-growing trees and shrubs. I called Juan over the weekend, explained the project, and sent him some pictures. He immediately understood what we were looking to accomplish and said he could take care of it that week. From that first conversation, he was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They installed a completely new sprinkler system with a commercial-grade watering system and fertilizer ports, removed old debris and stumps, prepared the entire area, and even repurposed rocks we already had on the property to create a beautiful border around the new landscaping. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and communication. He sent pictures and videos throughout the day and kept me updated on every decision. At one point, after laying everything out, he felt the design needed one additional tree to balance the space, so he went and picked one up. That kind of attention and pride in the finished product is rare. We expected this to be about a week-long project, but Juan and his team completed everything in one day and it was done beautifully.
