He was very professional, clear in his communication, and everything was explained thoroughly. What really stood out is that the part needed would have taken about five days to arrive if ordered, and we were honestly considering just buying a new dryer because of the wait. Tom understood our situation and went out of his way to get the part himself. He came back the very next day and completed the repair. Everything turned out exactly as expected, and the pricing was very fair. We truly appreciate how he took our concerns and timeline into consideration. He was very honest and said he hadn't done this kind of job on older ovens before. While leaving I told him I had a dryer that also needed looking at - and he said since he is coming back he would look at it for NO CHARGE. d) 2 weeks later, I got the part, and I texted Jon. After re-introducing myself, he told me that it would now cost $150 to install it. After some back and forth, he agreed to $120 - and he also agreed that he would look at the dryer. e) He came today - installed the thermostat in the wine cooler - spent 15 mins on the dryer - and wanted $150.
