Tim's statements on his background and his goals say it all...but I will reiterate that he delivers on his promise and intentions as a business and repair person. I called him after our dryer seized up. The drum would not turn after I cleaned the vent screen and heard a kerchunk right before dryer stopped turning. He listened to my narrative on the phone, diagnosed the possibility, gave the projected cost, and his availability helping to accommodate our needs! (He works, books 2 hour windows. On day of I asked for ETA and he answered promptly.) Tim arrived on time, organized and ready with all his tools,reviewed the issues patiently, communicated clearly before, during, and after the repair, efficiently fixed the dryer while checking out our new concern with a washer hose. As he anticipated, the dryer's blower fan was stuck, and he went above and beyond, cleaning out the debris plus. A 45 minute job, with a good 25 minute drive to our house. The fee was as he described, 125 house call fee included in the 150 bill. Our dryer is running more smoothly than ever. Tim is kind...he passed the scrutiny of our dog who looked at him and calmy went back to sleep:), capable, honest, reliable, and knowledgeable, a welcome addition to our community. Wow Tim, just wow. You verbally told me at the time of repair that the parts were warranted for ONE year from installation date, which was January. The repair person who came out after I had placed 3-4 calls and texts to you, which you never replied to when fridge broke down again, also said parts are warranted for ONE year and I should contact you. We hired Tim at Elite 7 to install a gas wall oven and cooktop, and an over-the-stove microwave. Turned out to be a total pleasure to work with. His workmanship had the highest standards, his communication with me was thorough and prompt, his rates were more than fair, and he was a very nice guy to boot. He really went above and beyond. The cooktop we'd ordered had some damage that Tim discovered, which we returned. He came back out when a replacement cooktop was delivered, only for him to again detect some nearly imperceptible but unacceptable cosmetic damage.
