At which point he told me - there would be no warranty and he would install it for $75. c) So we agreed, I would order the part, and he would be back to install it for $75. While leaving I told him I had a dryer that also needed looking at - and he said since he is coming back he would look at it for NO CHARGE. d) 2 weeks later, I got the part, and I texted Jon. After re-introducing myself, he told me that it would now cost $150 to install it. I had a concern a couple of days later and they scheduled a follow up appointment for later the same week. What I appreciated most was how conscientious and thorough he was. He took the time to go through everything with my wife, explained what he was seeing, and was very straightforward about the condition of the dryer.
