The vent was in the garage but due to snow it was delayed. I was told to contact them and have them do the install. I wanted to be present due to the bad reviews. The first man came and appeared confused. He contacted coworkers to come. They did. Someone climbed on the roof. There are a couple of nails dropped on my patio. They said that they could not do it unless the dryer company. They also informed me that since they came to the house their obligation was done and if I wanted to have the vent replaced I would have to pay them again AND arrange for a dryer vent installer to be there at the same time. THEY DID NOT DO WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO. I would not recommend using this company.

It speaks volumes when a business does not honor its work. It represents very low integrity and a lack of pride in the workmanship. Of course it is convenient but not accurate to send a self interested party (its an employee)out to say what you want them to say, but the reality is the work was shoddy and did not solve the existing problem. He came out the next day, and replaced all of the gaskets around the roofing vents. He showed me a before and after picture of the gaskets. He surmised that a squirrel could have chewed into the gasket, trying to get into our house. I think that he is right, because other neighbors have squirrels in their attic.
