A lot of people don't know anything about insurance and with Andy and Maria they helped me learn! Just pay your bills, don't constantly change your policy every week (messes your bill up, trust me), sign the forms that need to be signed, and look at your mail. There's also an app and you have your ID card on there and I can pay my Statefarm credit card (which pays my insurance) from my phone. I don't get why other people act like this is so hard lol

And when I came back, because I got a bill of $200 extra, she said that she never had quoted that. And of course. The boss/stepdad said she would never say that either. This should be right. Everytime I email him, I get a reply. I am quite satisfied so far. Luckily, we haven't needed to file a claim on anything so far. So, from that perspective, I can't comment on how his office handles cases.
