Bought my kit here about a year ago and I have to say that the customer service these guys provide is amazing. It was informative, educational, and they were not pushy sales people like most of the kiosks in the mall. They let me try anything I wanted and I ended up getting a starter kit and buying a few extra boxes of cartridges. I smoked for about 20 years and was at my worst up to about a pack a day. I was trying to quit but really do enjoy smoking... so this has been the perfect transition. After 10 months, I am completely smoke-free. I made the switch. Hey, Im not a quitter! LOL. So this is great because now my wife and kids allow me back in the house, I dont stink after my cig breaks. I just recently bought some extra batteries so that I can keep one in my car and some extras at work. I still get some 'looks' from people from time to time, but for the most part everyone wants to know what it is. So maybe this will make smoking cool again (like it was when I was a teenager.) In any case, I am a traditional smoker who now is a SmokingVapor convert. I recommend this to anyone. I would also say that it is nice to be able to call and talk to a real person on the phone. I had one cartridge that was a dud and I called and they replaced it free, no questions asked! They are always responsive, helpful and seem to handle things fast. (Supposedly we can also get free overnight shipping in AZ which is great since gas is so expensive these days.) I am saving money, and I can taste my food again, and I still get to smoke whenever and wherever I want. I was a doubter, but now am a believer. Typically i got to the one on Oak & 44th by Costco, and I found that store because I live in Arcadia and it is close to home. But ended up going to this location with a friend last weekend. This place gets 5 stars for 3 reasons. 1.) Atmosphere - Jacqueline at this store is super sweet, extremely friendly. She was very clear on what she did and didnt know and if they didn't have it, she said she could get it for us. The store is bright and happy which is a nice change from the typical vape shop I have been in. 2.) Growing Selection - It looks like they have recently added to their selection to carry E-Liquid and Mods (my Arcadia store didn't have all this the last time I was in, so I am going back to check....) I tried the Cuttwood E-Liquids which were dope but expensive. Unicorn Milk? Who knew... Anyhow, it looks like they now have everything from easy to use Ecigs (my style) to the Aspires, Kanger & Innokin (sp?) and some others (Hanna?). 3.) They let us try everything. I tried the new Aspire Sub Ohm Battery with the Atlantis tank and it was crazy! What a different experience. It was like being a dragon. Pretty cool. That wasn't for me but it was awesome to try. Their SV E-Liquid is dope, but they need some more exotic flavors. At least they are adding Cuttwood. I wish they had SpaceJam or Five Pawns. I asked the owner, so I will check back. read more

I was a smoker for a very long time (longer than I'd like to admit) I tried different products and approaches to quitting but I was just never able to do it, I would eventually go back. I found out about Smoking Vapor, ordered some stuff from them (almost a year ago) and I can tell you that the product was amazing, and the customer service was just unbelievable. I love to smoke but knew it was bad for me and wanted to continue smoking so I turned to Smoking Vapor at the chandler Mall. WOW! All if the guys that work there are amazing. I do want to recognize someone and that would be Nick! He cares about the product and helping you out and answering all if your questions. Smoking Vapor allows you to still smoke or "vape" as it now called and still feel like your smoking. I have tried others like Njoy and Blu but it didn't feel the same. I love their new dry herb and wax pen zong. These have to be the best made electronic cigarettes I have ever tried. Very neat looking stores and friendly staff. Whenever I walk into one of these stores I feel comfort I'm supposed to feel when walking into a store as a new customer.
