She is very helpful, very polite, very pleasant, very patient, she helped me with my vape putting it together. She also was going through what would probably be better for me asking me questions to make sure the vape that I was getting will be the best fit for me. She's just very amazing person. We go there all the time. Like 3 times a week on average. I bought a "2,500" Puff and it lasted less than 2 hours. No way I took that many puffs. I tried to take it back the next morning for an exchange because that one was defective and they only offered me 10% off on a new one. $2 pretty much. I'll never go back. read more

Smoking Vapor rocks! (Above reviews...not my experience, in fact that seems to be at their kiosk location over a year ago?!) This is not your average smoke shop, it is the most upscale , clean and organized shop. The staff is super intelligent and will answer any question you have. Huge selection of vaporizers, pharmaceutical grade juice, batteries and new products coming in all the time! The 44th & Oak location is my favorite but I also see them at different events in the community (Oktoberfest...etc) and they have customer service phone # and WARRANTIES! This is the ONLY smoke shop of a 5/5 star caliber and is more of a lounge for a new community of vapers. They distribute and package-ship product in house and have helped me greatly reduce cigarette intake. Great owner and management also, keep your eyes out for flier guys handing out free e-cig start kits and coupons! read more

Horrible service and doesn't warranty their products unless purchased from them and you are in their computer. The short dark haired guy is impossible to work with so don't even bother. Oh, but a friend of mine went to the Mesa location and walked in and got their replaced on the spot. Do not shop at this location. Simple replacement would have prevented a negative review. All because of a 7 week old mipod isn't holding a charge. I would not recommend this place or their owner or associates. Go to Mesa location instead. read more

Cole who works there is wonderful. Knowledgeable, very attentive etc. enjoy picking up juices for the mi-pod. Love the device and prices are little high some but decent price ranges. Had small problems with pods and were replaced right away. Nice to have the warranty and great customer service. 4 star due to pricing... otherwise great place. Clean and professional. read more

There are far better shops that offer a much better selection in the same area. This shop only sells their own brand of junk cigalikes and juice. It's like they took one of those overpriced mall kiosks that sells ecigs and put it in a store. Also, the staff aren't knowledgeable about the fundamental parts of an electronic cigarette. I buy these online, not in the store, but they are AWESOME. Unlike other vapor cigs, they fit in my pocket and accessorize with my clothing in a myriad different colors. They come in these amazing flavors also - my favorite is piña colada, followed closely by watermelon. I have recommended these to my friends and always get rave reviews. I like the "look" of smoking a real cigarette without the nasty smell that follows you around all day after smoking one. Both thumbs up!!! read more
