This establishment used to be on Ray and McQueen Stopped here for incense as I always like to get them from smoke shops since they are everywhere! This one stands out because the area is growing and they are in the same parking lot as Dunkin Donuts and Filibertos. They have a variety of the skinny incense which was a plus as these are hard to find. Since the new owners took over this place is quickly sliding down hill ! I have bought a few different vape devices from here and every single one of them breaks or doesn't work properly ! So basically they are charging you for defective products ! What a shame ! The employee working today Wednesday at 11am is rude and in helpful ! I bought a $70 twister vape pen set and it didn't work after one day. I tried to return it and he told me they have been having problems with the twisters but couldn't give me a refund. He said I needed to contact the manufacture. Total bull crap. Only use a credit card at this store so you can cancel the charge like I had to do. AMAZING SERVICE!! My fiancé and I were interested in vape products and did not have much knowledge of the matter. We came here on a whim and were impressed. Both Eric and Atarah were incredibly nice and friendly. We had a ton of questions and they were both patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. There was an inpatient customer that came in and and walked out after 10 seconds and I'm sure if they had waited 15 seconds more, one of the two would have been able to help! They were super busy and were able to help all the customers and phone calls in an efficient and friendly manner. I am a firm believer in karma, in doing the right thing, and practicing mutual respect. I dislike writing negative reviews, however these people earned every single word. I first went here about ten days ago to buy some vaping equipment. The woman behind the counter was helpful and showed me a variety of products. I chose two mods and one complete kit. When I got home and got ready to charge everything, I discovered the first two items did not include batteries (frequently, custom items like these will include custom-size battery packs). No big deal, it's not the end of the world. I happened to be passing by a Frys the following day and I bought a two-pack of 18650 3.7v batteries. Unfortunately, they did not fit inside the mod, despite the manual specifically saying this was what they used. A couple of days later I made my first of two visits back to this place. I was then given one of the most ridiculous excuses I have ever heard, I was told it was my fault because I did not buy the batteries from them... Apparently, there are multiple versions of 18650 3.7v 3500mAh batteries out there. At the very least you would think they would know their products well enough to remark "oh hey, by the way, you need to purchase batteries for these products". When I inquired about just returning the two mods, I was told about their no returns policy. Is there a sign on the door? A sign by the register? A mention on the receipt? Nope... there is a tiny postcard-sized sign about eight feet up in the air amongst other items on a shelf. I then politely asked to speak with the owner, I was told he was not available. I asked when he would be back in the store, she said after 7:00 PM. As I was in town on vacation I chose try another day. I made attempt number two a couple of days later. I called ahead and was told the owner would be in around noon. I came back around 12:55 PM and was told he was already as his other job at a hospital. The woman working there this time around was even more rude; I had no sooner walked in and asked to speak with the owner when she took one look at the products in my hand and said "I can tell you already he is not going to be able to help you". Again, I was in town on vacation, and I had no desire to spend another minute dealing with these people. It is rather sad when electronics have a zero-return policy. Whatever happened to standing behind your products? Is the quality so bad that you cannot put your reputation behind what you sell? They clearly have some lessons to learn when it comes to diplomacy and how to treat customers. At first I was kind and respectful, however their terrible attitudes are what made the difference between me re-selling the items on Craigslist or eBay and me taking the time to write them a negative review. They do not seem to mind selling you $250 worth of products, just don't ask them to support them. Had I checked Yelp before going there, I would not have wasted my time. [EDIT: 12/13/2017]. Gee, a canned response, how typical. Perhaps if you put more time into doing the right thing and less time into pasting a bunch of pointless responses, you wouldn't have so many horrible reviews. If you are going to run a business, run your business full time, don't just show up for an hour or two every now and then and leave the fate of your business into a bunch of people who have ZERO customer service skills. read more

I walked in today simply because it's Black Friday. I came ifor an item which I looked at, and began to browse the store - inquiring about various items. During my search I was met with something along the lines of "Buy something now or get out of here" by the sketchy looking employee. I'm shocked at how the place is still in business if this is how they operate. After the rude remark by the drug addled lady at the counter, I retorted "I'll definitely not be buying anything here now or ever after that remark. I'll also be sure to inform everyone I know about the high prices and awful customer service I've received". Just another failure of a smoke shop which will close as soon as their lease is up. The issue here is that everything TLDR: Extremely rude staff, lazy sketchy woman at the counter looks and sounds like she's addicted to drugs! Additionally, the prices are downright OUTRAGEOUS for some cheap Chinese garbage you can buy online. Avoid at all costs. I have been a loyal customer since this store opened. Not to mention that my husband and I helped them start selling quality lines of vape juice by providing recommendations (seeing how we have been vaping for years). They started carrying our recommendations and some not all were obviously doing well. Well, recently my husband and I upgraded our mods and spent over 300 dollars. I wish I never had taken their recommendations on this mod. To date, I have spent more money on coils then I did on the mod. I came into the store today. Frustrated due to my coil being burnt out again (changed it yesterday), i bought a replacement coil for an old mod so that I could vape. The manager told me to bring in my mod and she would replace it. I returned to the store and the assistant manager Eric stated that the was not the case. That they would look at it to determine if anything was wrong with it. He actually wanted to put his mouth on my mouth piece to taste it. I told him no, that he couldn't do it. He kept asking me what the problem was but would never give me the opportunity to tell him because he kept interrupting me. I've never been so disappointed in the way a store that I give my money to regularly treated me. This is the first and hopefully the last 1 star review I ever give. Convinient that they have the mango Juul pods on hand because no gas station will however the price for them with tax was $32... Way too expensive. The reasoning was that it was "the only way they'd make money because we get them from Europe" They usually run $18 at a gas station for the regular flavors. You are better getting them offline and just waiting a few days, will save you like $10 . Ridiculously overpriced. Probably should of asked for the price on the phone before I went there. read more
