Because who needs quality control??? But they aren't charging me for an A/C recharge (they already did that) and are taking an hour off labor (because that hour involved the A/C recharge. Legit just shrugged and charged me more for something they should have noticed or at least checked for fitment. I do my own vehicle work unless it involves EPA crap. So we did as they said, three months later our truck broke down from the same problem, they did not want to honor the warranty for parts or the work. Warranties are a big deal and honesty is a big deal as well and if you choose not to keep your word or your warranty you don't need to be in business. The manager and owner dodged our calls, texts and when we went by the shop they somehow were "never available". I've previously experienced warranty issues on a different vehicle at another shop, I've never had a shop turned me down to repair or reimburse me for failed work or parts but this shop do not trust them... they will give you every excuse in the book and ignore you, be warned go somewhere else.
