Always go the whole way in making the service thorough. Often at low prices, and typically on the quick side for me since 2022.

If you look down at it, it's very obvious it was not the right compressor, and whoever installed it wasn't paying any attention. Belt is halfway off the pulley and it's obvious the compressor was recessed more than normal. So a simple $360 bill turned into a $570...not an extra $210, but $930 in total. Because who needs quality control??? But they aren't charging me for an A/C recharge (they already did that) and are taking an hour off labor (because that hour involved the A/C recharge. Legit just shrugged and charged me more for something they should have noticed or at least checked for fitment. I do my own vehicle work unless it involves EPA crap. They attempted to do a 500% mark up on parts, and that did NOT include labor, you will get robbed if you go there, luckily we call parts store and declined their service after getting parts store price, they will also tell you they can't do inspections because their guy is on vacation, this to is a lie, state law says they must do it in a timely fashion so they lie about the one guy they have always stating hes gone unless its convenient to preform inspection RUN !!! read more

Did not do a technical diagnostic on the car. Put wrong part on. Did not fix the problem. Owner stated he knew it was not the problem & would be willing to remove the part. After that was done he told us they would charge labor for removing the part - total was just a little less than if we had kept the new part. Tried to reason with them & reach a compromise but ended up paying the whole amount . Will NOT go back & will not recommend to others. read more

Called and asked about getting two tires mounted the guy on the phone said yeah we can do it in 40 minutes waited 40 minutes went up there and the owner was a complete ass and told us we are too busy and backed up to do any tires food for thought maybe you need to communicate more with your employees about what is on the schedule today. read more

Very friendly, hard working, and honest. Been there four times and always treated respectfully. You won't be over charged as I witnessed a repair that would have been an easy thousand at a dealership done for $450 and done right. They try real hard to please so give them a shot. read more

So incredibly helpful. On our way home camping with 3.5 hours left in our trip when the wheel bearing started smoking. Called every tire shop nearby and they couldn't help us out because the camper was too large or they didn't have an opening until the next day. We called ahead to ask if they install airbags that help with hauling our heavy load RV by lifting up the rear end of the truck. They said bring it in at 10 am the following day. We were told it would only take 1 and 1/2 hours. At two o' clock in the after we called and they had not started it yet, but we could come back at 4. At 4 were told it would not be done until the next day. We can't make this process go any faster but we can let others know what they can expect from their service. Don't go here. Do not take your vehicle here. This is the worst place I have ever had a car worked on. Took my car in to have the front wheel bearings done and told them to do both sides. They told me it was the differential and not the bearings so I said fine can you fix it. They then called me six hours later and said that it turned out to be the bearings but we have some bad news, we damaged your car when lifting it on the lift. They did take of the damage through a local body shop. I got my car back and made it home only to have them come and tow it back because they did not reconnect my brakes. Now I am taking it to a different shop because they only did one bearing yet both were bad and now I am broke down. DO NOT GO HERE. read more
