Like everything that is quality in Charlotte, Good Food, Et. Al. - You have to wait for things. It was worth the wait at Tina's. They are located in the "Posh" Dilworth Section of Town and they serve a "Well Healed" Clientele; Parking in the Shopping Center can get a bit tight - so just be careful and be calm. Prices are fair - you get what you pay for and all good things come to those who wait; - Tina's stands by their work. I will be returning in the not so distant future to have have some pants hemmed.

Because of the way CLT Appliance handled my concerns, I want to update my previous review. My original concern was regarding the pricing of a repair and the inconsistent explanations I received about why the cost had increased significantly compared with my previous repair and a recent quote from the company. I want to be clear that my concern was not with the technician. He was professional, courteous, arrived on time, and completed the repair well. After reviewing my feedback, the manager from CLT Appliance reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciate that the company took the time to listen and address the situation rather than dismissing my feedback. I also appreciated that my initial conversation with the manager's assistant was escalated and handled promptly. The manager reviewed my concerns, provided additional clarification regarding the pricing, acknowledged my frustration, and worked with me to resolve the issue. CLT Appliance ultimately refunded the $125 difference that was the source of my concern. I appreciate a company that is willing to listen to customers, take accountability, and make things right. While my initial experience left me frustrated, the way CLT Appliance responded afterward demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. I also want to again recognize the technician who performed the repair. He was professional and did excellent work. Thank you to CLT Appliance for taking my feedback seriously, following up, and resolving my concerns.

I have a very basic / cheap Timex watch and other places had quoted $15, $20 and even more for a battery replacement......cheaper to get a new watch. I was very impressed by the service, parking and place as a whole and would go back for other needs.

I took several pieces of jewelry in...some for repair, some for appraisals and gold to sell while it was still MS. This was just prior to Bailey's taking over. WELL, today I went to pick up jewelry and it was a disaster! The ring that was supposed to be sized wouldn't go on ANY finger. The rude salesperson (I think her name was Jaclyn 1839) failed to give me $850 credit for gold jewelry that was sold. She acted as though she was doing me a favor. All in all it was a deplorable situation. They are resizing my ring but in the future I'll choose another "fine" jewelry store
