Tara is absolutely phenomenal. Her communication is top notch, from the beginning it was clear and very quick responses. I have little towing experience and I had a long haul tow I had to do. Tara made sure I was comfortable with everything, gave me a break down of everything and how it works and the trailer. The trailer was in excellent condition and had everything you needed and some! There was a hiccup after picking up the trailer and Tara had made sure everything was taken care of and everything was set before I left on my trip. While on my trip, I had ended up getting a flat and I reached out to Tara. She was so calm and collective and helped me through the entire process.
