Honoring their Advertised Word…read more We purchased an Infinity QX50, after a lot of comparative research. The one sticking point was our need for a Class III trailer hitch to be installed, which, after multiple sources were investigated, it was decided by CarMax and ourselves, that a hitch could, in fact, be installed. After taking delivery of the car and pursuing the hitch installation, it was evident that we were all wrong; no hitch manufacturer produced a hitch for the QX50, because its chassis size wasn't big enough for a Class III hitch. I immediately contacted our Sales Associate, Katie Dague, to begin the 7-day return policy, with growing concerns that the right car was not readily available. We wanted the next size up from the QX50, being a QX60, but with all the exact same colors, trim, and options of the car we first selected. CarMAx acknowledged that finding the exact car may take a little longer, so they extended their corporate 7 day guarantee to 30 days, and immediately opened a nation-wide search for the right vehicle. Well, it didn't take long to find the perfect car (under a week) in the perfect color with the perfect set of features, as it came up available about 1,000 miles away. CarMax waived the transfer fee, and had the car shipped to their locale. We made a fee-free exchange for the new car, paying only the difference in price and the additional Sales Tax (the QX60 cost more than the QX50), but there we no other smoke and mirror games played by CarMAx; They honored their promise, and we went home 100% happy, without any additional "processing fees" or other hidden expenses. They even were able to transfer the License and registration from the first purchase to the second purchase without any additional fees! Thanks CarMax! You are highly recommended.

About three months ago, my mother and I purchased a vehicle from National Auto Mall. At the time of…read morepurchase, we relied on the dealership's representation that the vehicle had been properly inspected and was in safe, road-ready condition. Unfortunately, a recent experience has revealed a serious issue that raises major concerns about the quality of their inspections, workmanship, and post-sale customer service. We recently took the vehicle in for a routine oil change. Once the car was lifted, it became immediately clear that the protective undercarriage cover designed to shield critical components of the vehicle was not properly secured. Instead of being correctly installed using the proper hardware or replaced if damaged, the cover had been held together with tape. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and potentially dangerous. This is not a minor cosmetic issue. The undercarriage cover plays an important role in protecting essential parts of the vehicle from road debris, water, and damage. Using tape instead of proper fasteners or replacement parts suggests that the vehicle was either not properly inspected before being sold or that corners were knowingly cut. Either scenario is extremely concerning and could pose safety risks to the driver and passengers. After discovering this issue, I made several attempts to contact management at National Auto Mall to address the situation and seek a resolution. Each time I called, the manager was either unavailable, "busy," or did not answer. To date, I have not received a return call or any follow-up communication. The lack of accountability and customer care after the sale is just as troubling as the issue itself. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in this dealership. A vehicle purchase is a major investment, and customers should not have to worry about improper repairs or hidden shortcuts being taken underneath the car--especially issues that are not easily visible during a standard walk-around. Because of this, I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from National Auto Mall to take extra precautions. Do not rely solely on appearances or verbal assurances. Make sure to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, including checking underneath the car or having an independent mechanic inspect it before finalizing your purchase. What you don't see can matter the most. I hope this dealership takes responsibility, improves its inspection standards, and provides better communication and support to its customers. This situation could have been avoided with proper workmanship and honest, responsive management.

BE AWARE OF A PLACE THAT GOES BY; several names including : Recycling, Orlando Auto Parts and Recycling. CLass 7 Auto, and many others. THe scammers go by the names of Ashley, Rodrigo, Edwardo, and George. I called around for prices and hearts was NOT the best; but they kept calling. Saying they could do a better price. SPoke with George who knew paperwork was in another state, knew condition of car, knew the time frame we needed to work in. He offered me MORE money than my highest offer I had gotten. Day for pick up came, Even after 6 phone calls, being ASSURED they would be there, my son sat 2 HOURS and they never showed. I spoke to George all the way up until 10 mins to 5. Then went to VM. NExt Day George conveniently wasn't there!!! That day spoke with Rodrigo as well as Ashley, 5 times. They were STILL late for a scheduled pick up, and THEN the Driver got in the phone and he and Ashley decide it would be $130 LESS than the offer George gave, siting "paperwork was needed" paperwork already discussed with George. Driver wrote HOLD on car and said IT WOULD NOT BE CRUSHED the next, and handed my son $400.!!!! When George was contacted the following day, he said, "well depends on condition of car", I said "same condition I talked to you about, including paperwork". He says "I'm sorry, but we have the car now!!" No offer to make it better, no apology, no offer to send money HE PROMISED. FLIM FLAM MAN AND AGENCY. LOOK AT COMMENTS IN YELP (I wish I had). GREAT RATINGS YEARS AGO....,. Not so much now. The have a number of different numbers and business names!!! PLEASE DO NOT BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS!!!! IF I could give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.
