He had THE best stories, gave us the best pairing ideas, and knew his stuff! They also do sauces, Jams, oil and balsamics. The NE Thyme sauce is literally Thanksgiving in a bottle. The bbq sauce is amazing and the new jerk sauce is out of this world! The jams are freaking amazing!!! If you have ever been to a tasting, this is never done. Your palate will get blown out by the heavy reds and won't be able to taste the nuances of the whites. Great ambiance, music, friendly staff and the best part was the vineyard and winery tour by the owner himself Nick. Nick explained well the process of how they make wine, showed up close the fermentation tanks, barrels and distillation setup. We have more appreciation of wine after undertaking the process. Nasketucket makes clean, honest wine. Definitely found a good wine, "summer wind" to bring back to Kansas city for the BBQ! Visit them and see for yourself.

We enjoyed them great deal, however. At least I applaud them for trying to make decent wine in a challenging New England climate.
