It didn't seem to be running correctly, so I called up to Lowe's to see if they could help... Zero help. Like none... So I called Whirlpool directly and explained that Lowe's wouldn't help even though the product wasn't even 6 months old. They contracted out Paul's appliance service to come out and take a look. They sent me email and text notifications every step of the way, which was very helpful. Nick, the service repairman was great! He had a lot of good input. I did and never got a response from either email. There was no apology or ownership for ignored emails. When I finally reached Paul by text, his responses were curt and unhelpful. Despite ongoing issues with the appliance, I could never get them to come out and finish the job. Susie in the office was nothing but kind but Haley needs to improve customer service skills like kindness.

Well guess what, they came out and they couldn't fix it. They are claiming it can't be fixed. When I asked about getting my money back, I was told no. And this was after they were an hour late to the appointment. To be fair, the gentleman that came out was very apologetic and nice. But the people in the office are total dicks. I would never give my money to them again. And I wouldn't recommend using them to anyone.
