They Cancelled the first appointment, second appointment was three weeks after the dishwasher broke. The tech was in the house long enough to turn it in and say the pump was broken. Ordered the part which came the next day but our repair appointment is still two weeks away. The tech told me I had to clean the water out of the dishwasher before he got there. WTF, me clean out the water. If I wanted to repair the thing myself sure but I would have been better of taking a hammer to than calling this place. read more

Despite saying I would follow up with availability, a technician was scheduled and sent without confirmation--showing up unannounced to my tenant. When I requested a summary of the work completed, Haley questioned why I needed that information. The responses I received were vague, inconsistent, and dismissive. I eventually received notes from the owner stating the issue was resolved, yet the leak continued. I asked for a call from the owner, Ellen, but it never came. A fourth technician--this time a senior tech--was finally dispatched and appeared to resolve the issue. Although he arrived outside the agreed-upon window, I was relieved the problem was finally addressed. For a company listed as a Frigidaire-preferred provider, this level of service was unacceptable. Poor communication, scheduling issues, and lack of transparency should never define a customer experience. They have been to my house 4 times over a 6 week span (soon to be 5 times 10 days from now) throwing parts at this refrigerator and my patience has officially ran out. There is no communication and no accountability whatsoever I will NEVER use these people again and you shouldn't either unless you want this same outcome. You have to follow up with the office even though the tech says not to and their appointment dates are so far out it's like every call is your first one with these people. The only reason we chose Paul's Appliance is because Whirlpool's website recommended them. We made our appointment through Whirlpool's website for them to fix our microwave (still under warranty). The morning of our appointment, they called and said they couldn't make it and their only availability is 2 weeks from now. Haley (the scheduler) gave me the run-around. So, I called Whirlpool and they said that they were looking at Paul's Appliance's schedule and they had SEVERAL availabilities and didn't know why they were saying that they didn't. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. My home warranty used them and that is the only reason I put up with the service. Wrong parts TWICE and no one taking accountability for it. I had no oven for over a month and they could not have cared less. All problems are "we'll be back in a week. They give you a five hour window but usually show up later. We have been dealing with Paul's appliances for about 3/4 weeks now and let just say it has not gone smoothly at all. When the repair guy came for the service call he told me that every service call that he had on may 8th would have a "repair" day set for may 20th and that I'd hear from the office by the end of the day in may 8th so they could tell me the cost of parts and labor and pay for the service and set the appointment on the 20th. Well of course I didn't get the call later that afternoon. I called first thing in the morning on the 9th. The girl (I think her name was crystal) was very rude and condescending. Of course now because they didn't call me the day before it has pushed my repair day back to the 21st. Ok one day not that big of deal except I'd already made arrangements for a sub at work on the 20th because the repair guy had told me the 20th. The repair was between 12:00-5:00 and I worked until 12:30. I left a message on the repair guys phone he called me from in the 8th letting him know I was getting off work at 12:30 and would be home by 12:45 and that if that was a problem to please call me back and let me know and I would try to get a sub but if I didn't hear back I'd assume it was ok. Well I never heard back. I had a call at 12:31 from the office saying that the repair guy was at our house and nobody was there and he was leaving(I missed the call because I can't have my phone out at work). When I called back they were not at their desk. I called 3 times between 12:34 and 2:00. They finally returned my call around 2:00. It was the rude condescending crystal saying that the repair guy waited 5 minutes and left that he came up to the door and knocked and when no one answered he left. After I got off the phone with rude crystal I checked my door camera and you guessed it NO ONE came to my house in the time period they said they did, plus I looked at the video for and hour before and an hour after and no one. Now work can or truck stopped in front of my house or drove by my house. So I know they're lying. So I had to get another sub for the repair guy to come today the 23rd and what do you know crystal ordered not enough parts. There should have been 4 rods and there's only 1. It took two weeks to get a technician out to our house and when he finally arrived, he had the wrong part. In fact, the part was not even for our model of refrigerator, even though both Whirlpool and I had given them the model number. When I called the company to complain about having to arrange to be home for a second visit from their technician I was told by the woman who answered my call that the part my refrigerator actually needed was not covered by the warranty, even though I had just completed a call with Whirlpool and was told the part and installation were both covered by the warranty. The owner refuses to service a new Whirlpool refrigerator as he says it beyond the 30 day window for installations (delivered March 7, 2023). It is not an install issue. It is a manufacturing defect. We had them come and fix our refrigerator ice maker which most likely was causing my AFCI / GFCI breaker to trip , because they are a lot more sensitive then a regular breaker , well they fix the ice maker , but they didn't want to connect the refrigerator plug back to the receptacle , because I told their tech that the refrigerator was causing my breaker to tripped and he told me that it's was a premises wiring issue and not the refrigerator and he went on to tell me that refrigerator need to be on a dedicated circuit , which it total lied , NFPA 70 no where it tells you that the refrigerator needs a dedicated circuit and he ask my wife she can dispose of the old part , what kind of company is this ? that they ask their customer to dispose their trash for them , I am technician my self and never did I ask my customer if they would do that for me , that is unprofessional read more

We were required to use this company through our home warranty to fix our washing machine. They took two weeks to come for the initial check to see what was wrong with the machine, rescheduling once due to a personal issue with the technician. Nick came out to look at the washing machine finally. Figured out what the issue was and ordered a part. He said he put a soft hold in the calendar to come and do the repair the next week after the part came in. My husband called to let them know that the part had come in and to ask when we could expect them out. They said it would be another 10 days before we could get on the calendar...which were already supposed to be on. We have three children. We cannot go without a washing machine for nearly a month because a company can't get their act together to make appointments and actually fulfill them. They sent Sean out ...the first time he said we need to order a part then call when it came in ..we did ..the Sean says to pull the fridge out and open it up for 24 hours prior to repair....we did....he shows up, does the repair then starts to push the fridge back into place, roughly....my wife told him how it was pulled out ..he kept doing it his way ..and tore a hole in the linoleum floor. We pointed it out, he looked at it, grabbed his tools and left....the last at the office told us to email them and they'd send it to insurance....as soon as the email hit, they refused....maybe they've done good for others but until we get through the court process, I say...stay far away from Paul's!!! read more
