I had my motor mounts replaced on my old 2004 W203 C240 at this shop last August and it was great. Service was great, their new shop is nice, their price is fair. Absolutely fabulous service, one of the best in the San Fernando Valley, and I tried them a lot including famous MBZ Motors Winnetka which didn't live up to the reputation. This Mercedes shop is another one, it always keeps its promises set in stone. Ruben may look humble in words but he knows his car craftsmanship like a Master. Absolutely brilliant attitude and client experience (I would name it client obsession), absolutely brilliant quality and strict meeting of deadlines. And reasonable prices too, yes! this is important. Almost all his competitors (Mercedec of Encino, White Oak Mercedes, Steve) bill inflated very often and the level of service not the level it should be at that cost. The Ruben shop is impeccable. They did my GLK suspension things very fast and solid, even though the service was hard and tricky, it was changing the engine mounts. Ruben also saved me when I reached him at a very short notice when my sway bar link gone bad and I couldn't move a lot, despite the Christmas season he accepted my appointment and made the sway bars in several hours. Pretty epic and tough full gesture. I recommend Ruben and his shop to everybody, I rarely write reviews like this, but this time it is absolutely deservd. I really don't know how to start writing my review about A and N European Auto and it's owner Ruben . all I have to say is good things one day i was gonna go to work and I tried to start my car but it wouldn't start ! it was completely dead so i had to tow my to a mechanic shop which after 3 days couldn't diagnose the problem , so I had another highly recommended mechanic look at my car but he couldn't figure out the problem either , finally I decided to take my car to the dealership, after charging me $500 they came up with their diagnosis and they estimated the repairs to come up to $3700 !! I was paying for a rental car and I was fed up with the situation and I let the dealership do the repairs , after two weeks my car was ready and I picked it up from the dealership and drove home , everything was fine for a week but one morning my car was dead again and wouldn't start ! I almost had a heart attack ! i didn't wanna go to that horrible dealership anymore , one of my neighbors was passing by and I told him the whole story and he recommended A and N auto and told me the owner Rubin has taken care of his car and his family's cars for years and he told me that Rubin's diagnosis are unbelievable !so I said let me try this one last place and if it didn't work then I just didn't know what to do anymore . so I went to see Rubin , he asked me to leave my with him for half a day , which I did . after that Rubin called me and told me that he had found the problem and he told me that it could be fixed the next day with a very reasonable price ! at first I couldn't believe it but the next day I went there and Rubin told me that the problem was inside one of the computer boxes which he had already fixed . Ruben also guarantees all his work . I was extremely happy that my car was finally fixed and I could get on with my life . I must say that Ruben is a real genius and quite a gentleman , he is very honest and he never tries to overcharge the customers . since then he has done other works on my car and I can tell you his diagnosis are excellent and his prices are very fair . he really saved my life .
