I was able to book an appointment day and time that worked into my schedule. The day before I was about to confirm the appointment and I received a call from Brady to confirm appointment and also make sure that he understood what was needed for the workers to show up with the necessary fittings etc.. He said that the installers would be here between 8 and 8:30am which they were right on time. The two installers (DJ and Carlos) were very pleasant and friendly and got straight to work. They looked at the job that was needed and had a plan which was better than mine haha The install was very thorough and clean installation and the site was left very clean. The stove now works and the wife is happy so my life is happy as well.
