He arrived way before the estimated ETA and diligently assisted my son who was coming off work at the Croton Harmon Train Yard in Croton on Hudson. Unfortunately this place is really a bad service. I got a call from a A&P Collision lady after a tow request service thru AAA. I was informed that tolls would needed to be paid aside, I provided my credit card information via phone and we set the service. The lady confirmed that the driver eta would be about 30min. max. Minutes later AAA called me saying that after all A&P Collision didn't have any driver available to do the service and simply ghosted leaving me on the roadside without assistance. Finally got the service from another towing company named Certified Towing and these guys did the service in a proper manner. Companies like A&P Collision shouldn't be in the business. read more

I arrived to a Dr appt early and was waiting in my car - but didn't turn off the power, just the gas. I tried to move to a better spot 10 min before appt was to begin. DEAD BATTERY! Used AAA online and within 5 minutes got a call from a woman at A&P Towing to say they were on their way. I explained I had to go in to the appt and she said they would rush. She called me back 5 min later and told me to not worry, they would come when I was done, in half an hour. When I was done with appt, Kyle the tow guy was at my car. Jump started it and I was on my way. SO IMPRESSED! 1-the woman at A&P was kind- didn't want to make my day worse 2-Kyle was on time and waiting for me 3-they turned what could have been a crappy Friday into an easy and pleasant interaction. Sept 2022, called AAA because my 2018 Crosstrek would not start. I waited around a half hour. Ryan from A & P Collision arrived and did a battery diagnostics on my car. The battery was dead and he jump started it and advised us to not shut it off for 2 hours. So, we drove around doing our chores for the day. Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. The worst. Unfortunately had the audacity to charge me for towing my car twice when it was only once and then they broke the entire rear axle of the car so now I'm screwed for who knows how much. Real piece of work these guys. First they try to rob me, then they eff up my car. Great job. read more

Fast , professional service at a reasonable price... I was in an accident and Ray towed my car in and handed me over to Tom in the office to take over the whole process from beginning to end .. From dealing with the Insurance companies to getting me set with a rental to a flawless repair.... Tom is so thorough and knowledgeable about the laws and a customers rights in dealing with the insurance companies that the stress was completely taken out of this traumatic experience for me..
