I made an appointment with her and she was prompt with replying and even confirmed a day before, which I liked. She was very friendly and personable and gave me exactly what I wanted with my nails. I got a full set with a glitter ombré. Her work is immaculate and not rushed at all. I would highly recommend her services to anyone that wants to try different designs.

I had seen comments that Koila is the best one, so when I arrived, I asked for her. Koila saw my design, and agreed that she could do it... she was working on another girl, so I sat and waited. Koila eventually told me that one of the other girls was going to start the process for me, and that she would take over and do the design I wanted.. she never did. I do not think it came out the way it would have came out if Koila would have done my nails. I paid $168 for my nails... the work was good, but could have been better... it was not $168 good.

The third time I tried a different nail tech, hoping for a better experience, but it still wasn't great. What bothered me the most was the atmosphere. The staff made me feel uncomfortable, almost like they didn't want clients there. The energy is off, customer service is lacking, and the prices are way too high for the quality of service you receive. Unfortunately, I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional experience.

Service requested was wash and blow dry / rollers and trim but since I have a 4 year old she was not going to sit under a dryer, her appointment was for 11:15am we arrived 10 minutes prior, the appointment was booked with the owner Caroline and she greeted us and of course as any salon she was running behind no problem did not think it would of been the amount of time until my daughters appointment kept getting pushed back after she requested for her to have her hair washed and asked if I wanted her to get rollers put in and I kindly told her no so end result we waited 2 hrs 1/2 and in that time her hair had dryer on its own mind you her appointment was at 11:15am to be sat in her chair at 1:00pm a four year old having to wait all that time, ridiculous just to be charged $80 for wash dry and trim and no extras were added to this service no one especially not a child should have waited all that time. I would not recommend setting an appointment with this establishment if the time is not honored 2 1/2 hrs is blasphemy, overall service terrible customer care.

When I arrived to the salon I was told there was going to be a short wait. That short wait ended up being around an hour, which in turn made me not be able to get the pedicure because I had plans following my appointment. I was not too upset regarding this given that everyone was kind in the salon. The Russian manicure came out nice, my issue was with how long it lasted. Usually when Russian manicures are advertised it is said to last up to three weeks. My nails chipped within two days. I don't use my hands for hard labor and I always make sure to not use my nails as tools so I was surprised that they chipped so easily. Given that this service costs $80 I was hoping that it would last longer than a week. I would suggest they work on honoring appointment times and retention as well.

I came to this cute nail spa with my sister-in-law, and had my nails redone by Elizabeth, the owner, and nail tech of the salon. She said the dip should have lasted at least a month (but it lasted me a week). Elizabeth took her time, and offered me, and my nails an amazing experience. The process was a little more extensive compared to my experience back home, but my nails feel a lot stronger, and look lot nicer.
