Warm and professional customer service, transparent pricing (I mentioned wanting the calluses on my heels addressed and was told the callus treatment is $10 without any pressure or upselling). I opted for a spa pedicure and appreciated the number of options. I chose the lemongrass green tea and found it very soothing. I have sensitive skin and was not irritated by the products used at Nails and Bubbles. They paid careful attention to cleanliness, and the bathrooms were spotless as well (Anthony Bourdain knows) My nail technician was Vicky and she was very sweet and did a great job. I made an appointment for my mom and I for 4:45 pm. We got there 30 mins earlier because I called the reservation line letting them know I needed to take a prior set off, which they told me to come earlier. We arrived at 4:15 & i didn't start until around 5:20/30. The girl doing my nails had a slight attitude but she did express she wasn't able to take a break or have lunch, so I'm extremely understanding. Unfortunately, all those factors affected her work. Her removing my nails and completing my new set took over 3 hours. I've been doing my nails for over a decade and I've never been to a place that took that long, ever! The work was nice (which she had another person finish towards the end) but the time, constant complaining, and waiting just couldn't out weigh the over all. I also did a pedicure which was below sub par because it is a SINK. There are no jets, no bubbles and my feet were rinsed with a disposable cup. At that point I was annoyed and just wanted to leave. My toe nails were not cut evenly and that made the already stressful experience worse. I did gel polish, and it looks just horrible. Not to mention the price tag was not worth it. It's less than a month later, I have 1 broken nail and the rest are slowly detaching from the acrylic. I will not be back.

She had stopped going there after 5 full years of loyalty because the ladies weren't adjusting to her likes and her nails kept falling off before time. Although she told me that she doesn't really approve I decided to give it a shot since I was desperate and needed to attend a family event. As soon as I enter I wasn't even given a salutation, I had to approach one of the ladies that sit in front. She yelled towards the back of the room to have someone attend me. Seemed like there were about three ladies having lunch while the store only had 2 working females in front. Mind you, there was 2 other clients waiting. Finally, someone came grabbed my hand, saw the work that was needed and called someone else from the back. To make the story short, they accepted me as a client. When I finally sat down and saw that they only worked with a special kind of powder I asked them to remove the nails with acrylic (which I had from another nail salon). They looked at me clueless and began to give me looks as they spoke their language (clearly talking atrociously about me). I then saw how they did my other nails which were crooked! I couldn't proceed not only because they didn't work with acrylic and still accepted my business, but because of their way of adjusting my nails which seemed like it was a beginner's work and because of the looks they were giving me. I felt completely insulted will never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

My temperature was taken when I walked in and I completed a contact tracing form. I was seated for my pedicure. Everything was very clean and accommodating. The woman did a great job with my nails.
