Overall he said he was 10 minutes out 30 minutes after he was supposed to be there then 5 minutes out after he was an hour late and then no response from him after he was an hour and a half late. Drove over an hour to meet with him just for him to waste my time.

They were going to start our roof in about 4 weeks when a wind storm blew of a good chunk of our old shingles exposing large gaps in our roof. One call and Bill rushed right over to put up a quick patch. That was such a huge relief. He then decided the roof couldn't wait, even though our financing had not been finalized yet.
